There were always a lot of candidates, not all were a good fit for what we were looking for but it was a nice way to network and get to meet new people.

There didn't seem to be a lot of guidelines for the attendees. Probably 30% of the people that showed up to the in person career fairs weren't properly dressed for trying to get a job. Its almost as if they were just required to be there or something. We did meet several great people but ultimately only hired 1 out of the 4-5 fairs that we attended.

It depends on what jobs you are hiring for. Logistics is a common background for a lot of the candidates.

Well, the problem that we solved is that we were able to make a hire. It puts you and your company in front of a lot of people and being able to network with other companies is always valuable.

Veteran community is nice to engage with.

Poor jobs leads and little follow up from recruiters

Job searches are solid within the site but I wouldn't say I was solving any business problems.

The facilities they use are top-notch, and staffing is very friendly.

Since the Covid situation, the company is forcing companies that bought job fair packages into virtual job fairs or email bursts. The platforms are very undeveloped, and success far from assured. Recruit Military is very authoritarian in there approach I have found this side to be problamatic as it was not discussed or address in the contract you sign and pay for when paying in advance for Job fairs to attend. I know as far as my company we will not be buying any job fair packages in the future and all event if attended will be paied on a as attended basis.

Recruiting was good. It brought many large employers together to gain better recruits.It was a very steady and dependable platform.
