Highly Recommend - Multiple Benefits

The system is really clean and user-friendly.
Easy on-boarding process and clear pricing and functionality set out from the off.
Ability to submit new feature requests with visibility as to what's important to others, plus a rating system so you know where your idea/request falls priority wise.
Great customer service, both individuals I dealt with from inception to date are friendly and quick to help with questions.
We were brand new into recruiting but Recruiterflow has become one of our biggest assets. Not sure what we'd have done without it it in all honesty.

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I’ve been using Recruiterflow, and it’s been a game-changer for streamlining my recruitment process. The automation tools for campaigns to candidates, LinkedIn and email integration, and customizable pipelines make managing candidates and clients so much easier. I love how it cuts down on manual work, letting me focus on building relationships instead of chasing admin tasks.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

I wish it had built-in video interviewing and integrations with my Voip that i use and linkedin automation

What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since using Recruiterflow, I’ve cut down on so much manual admin—it automates follow-ups, outreach, and data entry, so I can focus on what actually matters: building relationships and making placements. Having email, LinkedIn, and job board integrations all in one place means I’m never scrambling to find past conversations or track where a candidate is in the process. Plus, the customizable pipelines and real-time reporting give me a clear view of my pipeline, helping me spot bottlenecks and move faster.

Great system, fantatstic and responsive service

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

When we were choosing our CRM for our new business we tried around 8 and RF was just the best as the service you get from the team is better than any others by far. Also lots of new innovations and developments coming up all of the time. Easy to use, great service, fantastic functionality.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

So far there is nothing we dislike. Possibly the way the jobs list displays in candidate view as I have to keep clicking 'show more'

What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy central storage of all candidate and company details and an easy to use ATYS with some nice functionality.

A Excellent CRM, provides us with amazing calibre on a regular basis.

Recruiterflow is an amazing source of candidates and so easy to use. Also any issues we have are dealt with in a prompt, professional manner.

Everything is great, it would be good to have a list of jobs to go reather than needed to scroll through everytime.

Recruiterflow is perfect for our business

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

Recruiterflow is easy to use and offered excellent training for our staff. We had group trainings as well as one on one as needed. As we have progressed, whenever we have a question or would like to make a change, they are very responsive.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

I am in operations so I use the report tool a lot. Sometimes I need to tweak the way the report is presented. Although, I'm sure they would probably change it if I brought it up - it's so easy to tweak that I haven't even asked about it.
