Record 360 is one of my favorite tool because of its features like ease of use & brilliant customer service. It can be easily configured to one's needs.

Sometimes the video gets stuck or freezes while taking the video. This could be either due to phone or an issue with the system.

It helps me in all sorts of renting such as vehicles, equipments, car-sharing and auto transportation.

Record 360 is a very practical and easy-to-use application with its amazing feature to record and notify you about the inventory. And as the name says it records in all 360 degrees.

The video quality and UI could have been better.

It is very easy to use and a practical application.

I'm able to solve the problem of claiming for my damaged equipment by having valid proof against the culprit and making it work with no disputes.

Record 360 has best business solutions now a days to deliver best in class solutions for multiple resolutions.

It has ease of use and determination capabilities to align with business applications needs.

It doesn't offer customer attractive packages. It should offer more economic friendly offers to attract more consumers across all the industries.

The part to dislike is the uploading of videos or photos on the platform as it might take a lot of time and still be on the cloud itself; another thing is the clarity of the video and picture, which might lead to rejection of claim if not clicked or recorded properly.

Renting vehicles is very common, and with that, one needs to be assured about the insurance as well.

It solves almost all the problems we faced during the rental process. The customers can take pictures and videos as well of the machines or equipments. As a bonus, the quality of the interface is also good

One thing which I have observed the lack of categorization of the data at hand. This leads to a very comprehensive set of data all at once shown to you. It might overwhelm you at times, but apart from this, the tool works like a gem.

Ease of use in the rental process. I do like the streamline process for vehicle inspections. The Digital Workflows are easy to follow.

There are too many options along with a UI which is not very fluid in the booking process.

The integration with our internal tools which had been homegrown in the rental and maintenance fields are not able to be easily migrated to the tool. Also, there were a few issues during the UAT set up.

The database coverage and sorting should give more prominent details in the application. It gets complicated sometimes to find the parts and equipments due to wide variety and less filters.
