Easy to Use, Excellent Support, and Constant New Features
What do you like best about Rechat?
It’s ease of use and excellent support. Not to mention, they are adding new exciting things daily and growing with the industry. They have daily webinars to keep you up to date on new features. I’m rather new to CRM;s, but out of the ones I have used ReChat wind all day long.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
I would love if they had live support, just a preference. Also, I would love “dark mode”, but I believe they’re working on that.

Rechat is an absolute game-changer. It completely unifies our CRM, marketing, and agent tools into one beautifully designed, AI-driven ecosystem that actually works. Having full desktop and mobile fluidity means our agents can run their entire business flawlessly from anywhere. But honestly? The secret weapon is their Figma integration. Being able to bring our own custom luxury designs directly into the platform, giving agents complete independence without diluting our brand identity, is something no other platform could offer. It’s slick, it’s intuitive, and it just flows.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
If I’m being picky, I'd love to see the mobile app's quick-editing capabilities get a bit closer to the robust desktop experience to make on-the-fly tweaks even faster. The good news is the Rechat team actually listens to feedback and drops constant feature rollouts, so we know they're always leveling up.
What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?

A Platform that Actually Does What it Promises
What do you like best about Rechat?
Rechat has completely changed the way we operate on the admin side, and honestly the biggest thing for us is the ability to impersonate agents and get their marketing out in a matter of seconds, which means our agents stay focused on their deals while we handle everything behind the scenes. On top of that, their support team is genuinely one of the best I have worked with. They actually listen, they implement what you ask for, and they follow through, which is not something you can say about a lot of software companies.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
Honestly, there is not much. If I had to pick something, it would be that we cannot edit listing records directly on the front end website (built by Rechat), but even that is by design and saves our admin team time since the information is exactly what's on the MLS. Any bugs or hiccups we have run into have been addressed quickly by their support team.
What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rechat has solved almost every pain point we had with our previous platform. Contact management, list building, tagging, uploads, agent training, marketing execution all live in one place now, and the adoption rate among our agents reflects that. We are getting more out of this platform than anything we have used before, and the time savings alone have made a significant impact on how efficiently our team operates.

What do you like best about Rechat?
I love how user-friendly Rechat is for our agents. I frequently hear from them that they really appreciate the email automation and the versatility of the marketing center. As an admin, I also enjoy having more control when creating branded templates so we can stay consistent with our branding, which is very important to us. The integration with our new website creates a seamless experience when sending email marketing. Lucy is a great AI feature as well. AI is becoming extremely relevant in our industry, so it’s essential that the products we use give us access to strong AI tools to help increase business and marketing efficiency. We also really appreciate house helpful support is, they are always prompt in their responses.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
There seems to be certain times in the week where we notice a decrease in site speed which at times can become cumbersome when trying to urgently send out an email for our agents, create last minute marketing materials, etc.
What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a long time we had issues with our previous CRM and its non-user-friendliness when it came to email marketing. Having the ability to create beautifully designed emails makes a huge difference in our brand presense in our market.

A Platform That Listens and Continues to Improve
What do you like best about Rechat?
I like that they are constantly improving and launching new features ex. Lucy, listing websites, test emails. When we share suggestions, they listen and often implement new features based on feedback. I also really appreciate their live support team.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
More than dislike, I get frustrated when we reach out to support and they aren’t able to resolve the issue right away, and it has to be escalated, which delays the resolution time. One of the issues we run into most often involves the print templates, and when those break, we usually need them fixed as soon as possible.
What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implement integrations with platforms like LoLo, Real Scout, and Follow-up Boss. Our agents use multiple platforms, and having to control their contacts in just one place is very convenient.

The all-in-one marketing super app helps our small team produce engaging content and marketing for our agents and audience with extreme ease.
What do you dislike about Rechat?
The onboarding process for new agents could be improved. Previously, new accounts got a one-on-one session walking them through how to use the app. That has been phased out and now agents need to self-learn which could be challenging for some.
What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out on-brand content, newsletter creation, the agent network tool is the tool I promote the most to our agents.

While the platform itself is strong, having more administrative flexibility would make it even more effective and user-friendly for brokerages and teams supporting multiple agents.
