MAKES MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER

What do you like best about Realty Broker Office?

I LOVE this. I am not great at paperwork and keeping track of things, this does it for me. It keeps ALL of the information I need in this one little neat app.

What do you dislike about Realty Broker Office?

Mobile usage isnt great. I use my phone for everything it would be nice if i could use this on my phone.

What problems is Realty Broker Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

I dont have to stress about not having a document I need or a phone number I need its all here.

Great overall solution for the Real Estate Industry

What do you like best about Realty Broker Office?

It helps with a broker vision that save time for tedious management work. As a managing broker we finally have a software that suits our needs, On top of that, their customer service support team is hands down the fastest, reliable, and most friendly group to do business with.

What do you dislike about Realty Broker Office?

Managing some of the customization and learning to operate on your own is the toughest challenge Learning and understanding the software can be really tricky and tough as a beginner.

It gives you the ability to have everything in one place is the first step in getting streamlined, organized and efficient!

Worth using.

I love the ability to easily create checklists and assign various tasks to various people. The layout of the features is well spaced out and easy to manage, which helps the designer to seamlessly work without experiencing issues.

It isn't perfect but it's prices make it worth it.

Efficient and works well.

What do you like best about Realty Broker Office?

Online platform is very versatile. Customizable to to each user. The customer service reps are helpful and polite, which is so noticeable today. They really helped me well. They seem to listen to customer needs and make changes. The reports are all extremely easy to generate, and very customizable.

What do you dislike about Realty Broker Office?

There are still some improvements that we would like to see, which can make this software really good.

ll: Overall experience is a positive one. Every time I've called in, the customer service agents have been amazing!

We have used multiple software systems for association management. They are constantly upgrading and improving their software, they are doing great job. It is extremely cost effective, easy to setup, implement and use.

The software is intuitive, well-organized/easily customizable, and perfect for any sized company. One company I work with has a team of sales people mostly above the age of 50, who have successfully adopted Realty Broker Office.

It would be nice to be able to have more features that can be more helpful, it could be improved.

It's good!

What do you like best about Realty Broker Office?

I like being able to customize the workflows for "best practices" in my real estate follow up. I enjoy the daily updates and task to keep me on track and in contact with clients and agents.

What do you dislike about Realty Broker Office?

It does have a bit of a learning curve. I had to play around with many of the features and had to contact the team so that it could help me understand well.

This software have helped me a lot, I feel managed and efficient, team accuracy have been improved.

I would say it sure have helped me stay organized and well managed, moreover my team and clients all are connected with it. Efficient system.

Great tool!

What do you like best about Realty Broker Office?

The best part on having this software is the customer relation that it builds stronger and well connected. It has alot of great features that lets you control all your company and it not very expensive. Now it is cloud based and allows you to run your entire enterprise in one package.

What do you dislike about Realty Broker Office?

It can sometimes be difficult to use. The format does not allow for easy analysis. May be the help center can improve a lot, editing prepared invoice can be easier.

Overall a great software that has allowed our company to automate manual processes and build a better support department.

It is very easy to manage leads through realty broker office. The support is good too. Very responsive and great follow up. I really like how the software executes. An outstanding lead capture platform & CRM back end.

The interface could be better optimized.

Well this software have been working well for our team, I am not really sure if this can be a perfect fit for every company. I opted for the trial and it helped me decide whether or not I should go for it.
