What do you like best about RealPage Investment Management?
This program is all in one user friendly. Which make our job that much easier.
What do you dislike about RealPage Investment Management?
Maybe it is our internet, when loading documents it can take longer than 1-2 minutes to load. Other than time this program is great. So easy to use I would recommend it to others.
What problems is RealPage Investment Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit is that we are able to pull new reports that will show us the analysis of how we are doing and how we can improve.

Full integration with other programs such as LeaseHawk.
What do you dislike about RealPage Investment Management?
i dislike the inability to schedule custom reports.
What problems is RealPage Investment Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to set rents by way of Yieldstar.

AIRM, it helps drive more revenue Great software!
What do you like best about RealPage Investment Management?
I have used everything from one-site, onsite screening, AIRM and Yieldstar over the past 5 years. I really enjoy the platforms and I think they help drive higher revenue once you get the understanding of the platforms (especially AIRM).
What do you dislike about RealPage Investment Management?
AIRM onboarding- I learned a lot as I learned the software but I think understanding the backend and how it works is beneficial.
