Most helpful area in Realeflow is the ability to find and filter leads in different "buckets"

Least helpful issue in Realeflow is that in my area the preforeclosure leads and difficult to sort by when the lLis Pendens initially filed, and that we sometimes get data that is too old to be useful

Realeflow solves the problem of finding potential sellers of properties that need to be updated for my fix and flip business. The addition of skip tracing has been great.

I like the leadpipes system for finding motivated sellers. I can get the types of leads that I want to prospect.

The Lis Pendens (pre foreclosure ) leads do not have the date of the lis pendens listed, so it is not clear when the property had the lis pendens filed. Sometimes the leads are a couple years old.

They are always expanding their product. If you are looking for leads and a system for managing your real estate investing, then Realeflow is for you. It is owned by real estate investors and attorneys who know the issues of Real Estate investing, and make a product that helps manage the details.

Leads for pre foreclosure properties to buy and flip or rehab.

The ability to have all of you lead generation and marketing tools in one platform is good.

No transparency, multiple times they had issues with pulling public record data on properties.one time it was persistent for over 4 months. There was no announcement and when it was found out there was only an apology. Also their model of white labeling their software has caused issues where you call and they do not know who you actually purchased the software from.
