Real Geeks has become my go-to CRM for one simple reason — it actually does what it says it’ll do. It keeps my leads organized, reminds me who I’m supposed to follow up with before they forget who I am, and the automation is tailored perfectly to my needs.

The interface is clean, the drip campaigns are easy to tweak if needed, even the phone app is easy to use.

The support team is incredible. We're US based and the tech support team I speak to seems to be US based as well. There are no problems with communication. Issues are explained with easy and clear instructions.

Good product - would like more front end design features - but the backend is almost as easy as wordpress.

We needed to create sites for our 800 agents - we tested all the major providers and RealGeeks was heads and shoulders above the competition for the price.

After using many different real estate CRM's such as kvCore & Moxi, Real Geeks provides everything you absolutely need for managing your contacts/leads and then even more features that are easy to set up and manage. The entire team at Real Geeks has been super helpful and friendly. They want to see you succeed with their offerings. Overall, the CRM tool beats out Moxi by a landslide and the added features won't have you falling into a rabbit hole like kvCore. Also, the learning curve took me about 30 minutes to adjust to the new platform.

There has not been a single thing to dislike about Real Geeks. Many will say the backend site builder view seems a bit dated, but in fact, it is straightforward and to the point leaving you with tons of ability to customize and make your site stand out.

Real Geeks is solving my need for a great CRM tool & helping me achieve my marketing to capture leads with their many pieces of training and programs. My business is on track to take off as I moved to a new area outside of my influence.

I am absolutely blown away by Zach Reynolds and the customer service experience I received from him. From the moment I reached out with any question or frustration, he took his time and worked to get everything resolved for me. Zach has demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

Every interaction was marked by prompt and detailed responses. He has a knack for knowing what I need before I do and his deep understanding of websites and crm's and all the not fun stuff was such a relief for me. What sets Zach apart is his commitment to going above and beyond – He always resolved whatever question I brought him and also provided insightful tips to enhance my overall experience. There were very few things I disliked about the interface of Real Geeks but I dont really want to focus on that because Zach was able to talk me off of many ledges!

I have found their interface to be simple and clean. Their backend is easy to use but the best part is their customer service. The reps are always helpful, and resolve any question I have very efficiently. Their CRM is effective and the real leads outnumber the tire kickers by far. They are also the only software I have contacted that is able to use two different MLS boards for searching.

Not much - if there is something I do nt want like responsive interface I can turn it off

Real Geeks was just what I needed to create an incredible website. I am not tech savvy but they are always quick to answer any questions and I am loving going through the library of training videos at my convenience to learn more. I highly recommend Real Geeks to give your business a boost.

greating a fabulous website

I have been on Real Geeks for several years now, and we generate about 100 leads per week.

Although the website design is a little bit dated, the user interface is really good. And most of all, the lead capture is very effective.

The customer service has been a lifesaver for me. When switching to a new platform, I always have challenges. Real Geeks customer service has been very helpful, and has helped to alleviate a lot of frustration!

I'm still learning the system, so I haven't found anything that I dislike.

They helped me with my FB set up. I was having an issue with my business account. Also, they have helped me with uploading my previous leads from my old crm.

Ease of use -- from ease of creating profile for clients, and customizing tracking with tags, to ability to have ALL content via the mobile application. Customer support has also been very responsive. And my favorite is the ease of impersonating clients' searches in the MLS to build customized searches for them. This encourages them to search properties via my website and helps me see what they are interested in touring.

Workflow content only available in English. Though a short coming, I was able to get a workaround by duplicating the content and translating it.

Ease of logging activity as well as creating follow-up activities. Also, able to stay in touch with clients via workflows. And my favorite feature is the ease of impersonating clients to create customized MLS searches for them is a huge time saver.
