The reports look beautiful, and they are very adaptable. Parameters can be changed to adapt the reports as you need. Their support team is extremely helpful as well if you need assistance. All my clients love these reports. I recommend it to everyone.

Wish there was more integration with pulling sales data/quantities.
My financials per client were in excel and time consuming and sometimes had data errors because of the manual process. This makes all of it more streamlined and accurate.
It integrates seamlessly with QBO, and the way you can manage the data is excellent and fits your needs.
You cannot change the X axis and Y axis or transpose the columns in order to show the data differently.

The easy to use interface that is much like Excel. It is also good at doing quick data visuals on the fly. The reporting building tool is great. They also have great customer support and are very helpful. You can talk to the developers easily. The implementation and training is also quite easy.
Consolidation is more clunky due to having to have account names all be the same across all organizations. Also budget builder is still in its infancy in regards to creating mutliple scenarios, cost drivers ,etc.
Data visualization of financial metrics is its strength.

Being able to customize just about anything in one reporting system is a huge improvement from our current platform Fathom. You can pull in multiple scenarios into report graphics, build KPIs and create charts, comparisons, etc. The setup is pretty smooth as well.
The customization is great, but it can be overwhelming if you are a mind of an accountant. This is so powerful that you could use a Marketing/Design-type person help to develop what the report backgrounds can look like.
Helps us make one complete financial deck for our clients instead of having to pull things in PowerPoint and then adding PDF pages, etc.
