During a server issue, which stopped the nightly data transfer from our Parks and Recreation software (RecTrac) to Reach, the issue was quickly identified and our Reach rep (Noah) immediately involved a larger team to work through a very complicated issue. The Reach team worked with me every step of the way and followed up at critical times.
The calendar streams based on locations is a bit complicated, but Reach reps have always lead the way, ensuring I have what I need.
The displaying of facility data saves our Parks and Recreation staff from answering redeundant questions, ie: "when is the public skate?" or "what time is the next yoga class?" Customers are able to bypass what can be long lines at the front desks and have the knowledge they need to navigate large and small facilities.
The system is very user configurable and can be easily modified to suit your needs
While the tutorials are very helpful, they can be lengthy
Our current ability to display information and events is severly limited and not very welcoming
We have received great support. I can compare this to the old Digital Signage System and it's night and day. It was a simple integration for us, the features covered everything we were looking for and the system easy to use. Reach even took the time to design a layout for us using our marketing graphics.
It's been great. I also appreciate all your patience with us during the vetting process with our IT department.
to present day, there is no negatve feedback on the system or anything negative I can say about the entire purchasing process or after sales support.
implementing Reach Digital Signage; it's simplicity of use enabled the day to day posting of content to go to our Marketing department, no longer the responsibility of classroom support.
I appreciate the staff's willingness to help. There are also a lot of tutorials uploaded in the system already that are very user friendly and a big help.
Some of the back end areas can be difficult to navigate/understand.
REACH is helping solve the communication gap within the company. The digital signage allows us to be able to communicate company wide news across the nation.
What I like best about Reach Media Network is that it is a reflection of how today's employees like to recieve their information, in visual bite sized portions! Gone are the days of newsletters and paper handouts, Reach mimics social media and is a clear and fun way to pass along information to employees!
Bit of a learning curve out of the gate with the layouts, but once you figure it out, it's fun!
Ticker was hard to read on the actual monitors vs how it looks in the layout.
I love that whenever I have an issue, customer service is always super responsive and ready to help at any moment. Even when I forget to follow up, they always do. They've had answers for all my questions and have offered the best support imaginable. Using the player is super simple with the layout format, and the features you can include in your design are easy to use. Integrating the player with my monitor in my workspace is a breeze. We use the Reach player every day for communication with our hospital employees. I'd recommend their services, if you're looking for something that's easy to implement in any situation. They're the best.

There's a lot of classes, seminars, and conferences within our facility and it helps keep everyone pointed in the right direction.

We are a church and our building is utilized everyday for various small groups and the signage makes it easy to let people know about room and time changes
My company uses this software on a daily basis to provide our field crews with their daily assignments. The format is customizable so that we can create columns and rows to create a format that shows our crews their projects assignments, job numbers, equipment, trucks etc. We also show traffic and weather reports beside the schedule as the REACH software allows this function. We are able to use photos taken by our field crews as a background image and screensavers.
I wish that the software was a little more interactive, much like an excel spreadsheet. Being able to bold or highlight certain text would be helpful as well.
We no longer have to fill out paper schedules and have the crews and project manager check a book every day. Now that the schedule is interactive, we can have the employees check it on their phone. It is also beneficial to be able to cast the schedule onto our tv at the office. The field crews love the instant updates they receive once the schedule has been updated.

It is so easy to create, post and manage our information for those entering our building to see. Fun to be creative in design, which makes it more appealing to those viewing it! Easy to update from work or home! Not to mention, we have never had an issue with customer support, which is always a plus!

It is allowing us an easy means to get information out quickly. Having a calendar of events scrolling on the screen tells people where to go in the building for meetings, etc.
