What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

Best for RCM cloud is the designed which is really implemented for providers and it is osam software to understand and it's really which we deal with claims it help us to solve the problem and claim processing is very fast of this part

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

If we submit any claims through rcm cloud it hits the clearing house but if there is any payer is missing it does not communicate with software this is bad thing ..software should give error regarding this error while submissions

Recommendations to others considering RCM Cloud?

I personally recomnd this software to every providers as because the features and benefits are very good

What problems is RCM Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the issues daily to daily claims and payment issues what ever we received from provider we bill and submit the claim and we daily post the payments for our providers and also we decide to get the reports to providers daily quarterly and weekly and monthly ..

What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

RCM cloud is one of the good software for medical billing and it's good part is ERA posting it is so fast that if I click in post online it hits and successfully reaches to Every patient and system integration is so good and well mannered

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

RCM cloud bad part is when we try to bill the secondary claim we need to do it manually after primary claim posting or else everything is good

What problems is RCM Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solve the daily issues of claims and also payment posting and we resolve the issue which been created by Doctors and we billed the claim electronically to insurance company and post the payment as we received on the system.

What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

RCM Cloud software is very helpful. It is very easy to access remotely.

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

There are certain limitations regarding the report and automation we can't do easily do enhancement on cloud base software.

What problems is RCM Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we are working in any remote location our work never suffers. We can download the report and easy to download and shared with client.

What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

The best part for the RCM cloud is data management of Insurance and patient linking and eligibility process is very smooth in the software which runs very easy way and gives the status

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

The dislike for the product is implemantion part for the payment category which we link after primary payment to secondary claim

What problems is RCM Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solve the problems for every providers daily payment management for claims and runs the payment chart flow weekly wise to give narrow report of AR which we standing on.

What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

.The best for the RCM cloud is the Patient management when we save any patient with every details it hits the system very smoothly and also claim submission process is very smooth way and processing is very easy

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

The dislike is some thing when we post the manual EOB it does not pull the patient we have to manualy attached the patient is every EOB that is the bad thing

We are dealing with patient management and also provider management for provider we daily do cliam submission and also analysing the claims and do posting for each claim

What do you like best about RCM Cloud?

I have used the RCM cloud and found very intuitive and user friendly. This is one the best user interface for any RCM software I found and really impressive and happy with overall demo.

What do you dislike about RCM Cloud?

Not come across anything while using the RCM cloud and slowly and gradually we use more in depth then we come know any anything but major festure are user friendly

Good

The best thing abt rcm cloud is the feature that has been provided along with the interface. It is really amazing.

Don't seem anything while using the rcm cloud. All the features are really good and I really like them. Dont find anything as of now.
