I like that Rchilli is very easy to use and seamlessly integrated. Once it's working, it just does what you need to, and you can forget about it. It was quite easy to set up and integrate, which was helpful.

N/A - there's nothing to dislike

Rchilli solves the issue of Oracle Fusion not having CV parsing. It's easy to use, seamlessly integrated, and once set up, it works effortlessly.

I love Rchilli for its high accuracy, which is absolutely key for creating true value for my customers. The customer service is incredible and they are the best supplier we have, always making you feel like a priority. The setup process was really smooth, thanks to the in-depth API documentation and the very responsive help desk.

When we moved from Oracle's Taleo to the Oracle Recruiting Cloud, an option was to use Rchilli as our resume pasing vendor. The integration was seamless and working with Josh Adams was fantastic! He made it an easy process in order to meet our implementation deadline. We then reconnected as Oracle's Cloud World in 2023 where we learned all about the Rchilli Recharge and woah - we were very impressed. The functionality they offer in conjunction with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is by far, one of the best. The ability we have to 100% customize our package for a locked in price makes working with Rchilli seamless. I would recommend Rchilli to anyone who asks.

The only thing I can think of is the need for a resource in order to support the application. This is a struggle given the cost-savings constraints.

With any technology that you receive, some items are not available with the internal customizations you choose. Although we utilize Oracle's Recruting Cloud, some of these functionality is not there which has caused some limitations for us to be able to utilize the CRM 100% or even be viewed as a technology savvy department utilizing advanced technology when it comes to our ATS.
