The time recording functionality is intuitive and aligns well with legal workflows. It supports accurate capture of billable hours, which is critical for both internal reporting and client billing.

I have been using this application for more than 6 years, and I have never been disappointed with how it supports my daily activities. I mentioned Customer Support as well for solve my queries with a quick response. Accounting and billing tasks take very little time. Generating a bill takes less than a minute, and e-invoicing is done in just a second. The billing module is compliant with GST regulations.

Provide a billing option in the mobile application as well.

I use this software daily for client billing and billing reports. It also helps with timesheet tracking for all users, which makes it easy to monitor work performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

It's easy to add timesheets on a daily basis, even from a mobile device. I can quickly add or update my timesheet entries on the go. Creating invoices and e-invoices is also hassle-free — the application allows me to generate both with just a single click.

Smooth Implementation when it was started

Nothing that I could mention as usage has been good

It's awesome that the company is controlled by engineers. Even though the company is growing, it still feels little.

Sometime the waiting time for certain data with huge information gets longer to upload.

We get case update on regular basis. Your staff resolved the issues early and worked fast and effectively to handle it.

The site could be faster. The entries in the excel sheet reports generated by the software sometimes need to be formatted for running formulae.

Analyze team performance - Analyze individual performance - Apportion team earnings to individuals etc.

Very easy to use. One can have it customized too through the vendor to one's needs provided it is not way too different than the best practices in such application.

The Matter and Sub-Matter/project structure needs to be refined further for it to become more useful. We do require it to use, however the structure needs to be more eloborate so that a true parent - child realtionship between the Matter and the Sub-Matter could be tightly mantained.

Daily besiness of recording the Activities of the counsel is done, bills draft and fnal, are very easily generated, E-invoicing is just a breeze, records of payments against the bills etc. easily maintained. MIS reports are sufficiently available aftre some customization.

Simple interface. Provide detailed reports. And Good support team at Practice League.

PL team needs some improvements with design and implementing new features in the application. It happened with us that when they introduce new features, it affects the previous settings and sections.

Good application with few good analytical reports.
