The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful.

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc.

Ravetree helps us map out projects, set project budgets, allocate people to those projects, log time and expenses, and create invoices. Pretty much all of the day to day stuff at our firm.

The software is great, but honestly the customer support is even better than the tool itself. As we were getting onboarded the Ravetree team was always very helpful. We even asked for a couple of minor features, which they were able to delivery on quickly.

I wish they had a mobile app, but it's not terribly important—just a nice to have!

We have lots of clients that all have different bill rates. The rate cards in Ravetree are a life saver. Sometimes our client bill rates increase and it's been wonderful to have an expiration date on the rate cards.

Ravetree does a great job of balancing powerful features with an easy-to-use interface. They also have really great customer support.

So far everything has been great. It's not the cheapest solution, but it's worth the price IMHO.

Ravetree helps us manage all of our billable projects. We do a mix of everything: retainer, fixed fee work, and billable hours. We're able to easily manage all of this in their platform. One specific feature that's nice are the rate cards. Sometimes we negotiate special rates for clients and the rate card feature allows us to easily manage these arrangements.

Ravetree does a great job of bringing project management, resource planning, and team collaboration into one platform. The ability to track projects, tasks, and budgets in a single interface is a big plus. The UI is great, and the customization options allowed our team to tailor workflows to our needs. The time tracking and client portal features are particularly useful, making it easier to manage billable hours and share updates with clients. The reporting capabilities are also strong, giving valuable insights into team performance and project progress. The feature set is comprehensive and fits in easily into our operations. We use it every day. And the Ravetree team are always available to take us through or support.

While Ravetree is powerful, it has a learning curve that can overwhelm those in the team that are adverse to change. But when the team get used to the system they fly.

Internal project communication and tracking, and client approvals. These problems usually need a few integrations to get it sorted. But with Ravetree it's all-in-one. Clients get notified about projects more easily and the team are aligned 24/7.

Ease of use and customer service. Davidson's team really cares about their users and it shows.

I really haven't found something I dislike. Nothing is perfect, but I enjoy using Ravetree.

I run a marketing agency. Most projects are paid by the project, but some are buy the hour. The advantage here is I can add in a contractor and track time in one platform. It's all in one CRM, Time tracker, Project Management tool that lets me determine the true cost of services sold ... if you do the work.

I've been using this software for probably 6 months now and I really like how you can communicate completely through the platform eliminating the need for also sending emails.

There are a lot of bugs, but support gets them fixed right away.

I love how many options there are for customizing the software for your own purposes.

An app would be a nice addition; right now, I can only use it from a computer.

Ask for help in implementation! There are a lot of functionalities you can miss out on if you don't get the guidance.

Assigning onboarding tasks to specific team members helps keep everyone accountable and prevent things from falling between the cracks.

RT provides a common platform that not only serves as our client knowledge base but provides alerts and the ability for prioritization of projects and tasks.

A built-in FAQ section might be helpful. Ravetree support is quick, polite, and very helpful but the FAQs might eliminate some of those support requests.

Ravetree has eliminated the need to have multiple software pieces and allows us to communicate easlily on clients and projects.

It is extremely intuitive, the reps are very helpful, and it is simple to set up

Not really. I would like a way to have templates for the projects without having them be projects themselves. But other than that, not really.
