Rapidweaver is a powerful tool for web development and designing, Easy to create professional websites with little to no coding. The app features an array of templates and plugins with a long list of features to help you make your site look exactly how you want it. Furthermore, if you want to get started from scratch or make some major changes, you can do this by editing the design of your choosing.

We can not assign multi users in this tool so it is a drawback of this tool. It should be updated because one developer works on a running project and the other developer needs to wait.

I used RapidWeaver for our clients website to design for Mac. It has a powerful website builder to design responsive and mobile friendly for customers. I have also one more option to choose a pre pre-built template to custom design website pages and portfolio. In RapidWeaver, as a client I don't need to generate code for browsers separately because RapidWeaver has browser compatible features.

Rapidweaver can be extend with 100s of addons. One of my favorite Addon is Stacks from YourHead Software, which allows to use more than 800 stacks for animation, image, button, tables, CMS and more.

Currently there is nothing i dislike about Rapidweaver

The cost is little high more than expected

I can easily build and publish mobile ready website without writing any line of code

It is easy and flexible to create a site when you add Stacks plugin and Foundry base of stacks that create the site.

I would like it to be multiuser. If you want more than 1 developer to work on the site at one

time you need to break the site up in to sections.

It is much faster to develop sites using RapidWeaver than WordPress. I have used both and I like the interface much better since it is a real application.

I really enjoy the canvas approach to Rapidweaver. The Stacks addon makes it very easy to use and create great websites.

Without addons like Stacks Rapidweaver seems very limited.

The best features of rapidweaver includes its ability to make web development looks easy than ever even though you arn't actually coding instead just designing like mobirise with wide range of templetes and addons with a long list of plugins and adaptive to design by choice allows to make changes from scratch to a templete or make some differential changes to the self constructed design.

I'm not too fond of the limitations of RapidWeaver to work with mac as it doesn't share compatibility with windows and the technical glitches that lead to multiple crashes and loss of cache memory.

My recommendation for others considering RapidWeaver is that if you're looking for the pc software version of Wix or GoDaddy studio for web development with minimum backend and coding support and scripts for a self-efficient design. You're looking for quick designs software for website development for macOSX, then you're making the right choice with RapidWeaver.

I wasn't actually using the tool to resolve a concern. Instead, I started using it based upon the client requirement shared with my organization for creating designs for the project assigned to us. However, I was confused by the UI and its flexible adaptability to create some fantastic designs.

I like the option to create a website without the need to touch any code, yet the power to tweak code if and when needed. While being allowed to look back at each portion of code easily...its like inspect element on steriods.

There is a bit of a learning curve, and the program may not be for everyone. Once you get used to the process you can much more quickly trouble shoot and create code.

Faster production times, adding elements quickly, testing, everything is much easier!

If you are looking for full control of your work, a secure website, and a beautiful stunning design I highly recommend RapidWeaver. Rapidweaver is all you need to create a website from simple ones to the more complicated online stores. It has been the best decision I have made 7 years back.

RapidWeaver doesn't need high level web skills to make high level sites. For a novice, RapidWeaver is point and click easy. There are excellent videos on YouTube that show you how. The raw program includes many of the powerful tools you will need.

RapidWeaver is template-based which means in addition to the built-in templates (which are superb and I use myself) there are many more free or paid-for designs to fit your web design needs. In addition are Stacks, incredible and sophisticated tools that enable you to do just about anything you need in a web site.
