Rackspace is easy to get and use for various management programs because It looks into the security threats and compliance on board easily. It's not excellent in making the security system mature enough to detect and embark on every alert with the right management evaluation. Altogether a big challenge for security issues and protect all information to a cloud application. So, I must say a good tool with a lot of responsibilities to protect the system from any harm.

It’s an amazing application, but, needs proper understanding before installation. One must read out all instructions then have to employ it because this tool is for security issues and one wrong step can demoralize the system so always check the guide to use this. There must be good quality internet for the proper approach of its working.

Rackspace is an awesome software with multi-functional effects. This application is best for detecting security issues and provide a powerful management program to resolve that problem. Nothing can stop it from making accurate compliance and security alerts. It finalizes the system with a protected and highly responsible tool to help in arriving at sound decisions while sharing info to customers. We are blessed to receive such an authorized tool with all excellent features.

The ease of dropping files into a hosted file structure is convenient and gets the job done well. These files are given a unique URL which allows you to distribute them as you wish.

There ability to export your files to create a local backup is limited. Would like to see a "bulk" download option. Currently allows for individual download.

If you want a hosted file server that mimics your current desktop or corporate directories, this is the way to go.

We have mp4 meeting recordings that we need to distribute to individuals, and Rackspace Cloud Files allows us to host them on Rackspace and distribute with very little effort. Don't need to mess with Youtube or and privacy restrictions that comes with it.

rackspace cloud files is not shared hosting and still, is not a dedicated server for hosting and we can not say that it is a vps which means virtual private server, it is cloud hosting type which is the technology the more recent and previous ones are considered traditional,rackspace provides hosting on virtual servers that drive their resources from large underlying networks of physical web servers, on rackspace cloud files each file is a virtual server that you create and give it a name and then inside it you will transfer your subfiles corresponding to your website for me usually I used cyberduck file transfer application to duplicate exactly the files of my website on rackspace by linking the API key from rackspace to cyberduck and what i know that each page i load will be duplicated through a huge amount of centers all over the world, when anyone loads my website, it will be from the nearest center to him and if i modify one or more pages i know that i have to refresh after saving it by clicking on the cog and choosing purge all so my pages will be updateded through all the centers and there are more other benefits, rackspace increase the speed of loading pages, and it is reliable and safer and you are charged only for the number of clicks that you get on your website no more fees

in my experince the platform seems vague from the first sight I took time to get used and for the support, i take it for medium

it 's a new technology if you want the new school, it allows you to increase the speed of loading web pages

it is more secure and more reliable just a time to master some new concepts but after the work is done very quickly by a few clicks

i used Rackspace to hast my landing pages and my sweepstakes and even to join domain names to those websites successfully

I use Rackspace Cloud Files in addition to other services with Rackspace, but as usual with their products comes crazy good customer service. All of their customer service is done here in the U.S., so I get a fast response and can talk with someone who isn't 11 hours ahead.

Nothing that I dislike, but in full transparency, I use this product because I have other cloud services with Rackspace. I am not sure what it would look like as a stand alone tool cost wise.

If you have multiple cloud service needs, this should be part of your portfolio with Rackspace. They are known for their amazing customer service, that alone is worth switching.

As we have transferred our legacy system to the cloud, every part of our services are now cloud based. So we use Cloud Files to save our files, images, presentations, media, contact lists, applications and anything else we can save there. You get 1 TB for almost nothing.
