What do you like best about QuickCap?

QuickCap's strongest features are its consistency in design with a module -> submodule layout. Admins will begin to predict and understand the interaction within individual modules, and crossover to others.

What do you dislike about QuickCap?

The Claims module could benefit from some of the advanced documentation available within the authorizations/referrals module. For example, the lack of a custom user fields section within Claims is unfortunate.

What problems is QuickCap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick Cap allows for the quick and efficient satisfaction of regulatory requirements for authorization and claims processing. Benefits realized include accurate and timely claims adjudication and powerful authorization tracking and patient referral management.

it is very user friendly and easy to maneuver

We cant edit referrals we entered. we have to call our PHO person.

Great product for processing and admin in healthcare

What do you like best about QuickCap?

Its been great to have someone/ something help out with the administration tasks that often get away from me. I have really been loving how much time it has saved me and my team.

What do you dislike about QuickCap?

I think that sometimes their ability to process medicare and Medicaid LOBs is complicated. However, after figuring out everything it was fine and super helpful to the team.

Recommendations to others considering QuickCap?

I think that quick cap is a great choice for people who want to increase workflow.

What problems is QuickCap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were ultimately fighting a lot about ways to properly integrate admin work. Honestly it has just stopped. a lot of fighting and made our workflow a lot more efficient.
