What do you like best about Qualio?The drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week and they support any issues I may have with integrating anything where performance is lacking in the quality in the forms I am making.What do you dislike about Qualio?There really isn't anything I don't like Qualio, the interfaces are easy, I can use keypoints of the training forms we use to make easy instructions for team members to understand guidelines quickly and the support of Qualio are always extremely helpful.What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?Showing me what I can refine using the AI to refine any sentences that do not sound correct. It shows me where I can improve on the structure of paragraphs to be more informative or technical and less unbalanced.

What do you like best about Qualio?I find that qualio works very well for education on site work instructions and standard operating procedures. The hyperlink integration is very helpful to quickly access specific information and helps with downloading them to print or send to other teammmbers.What do you dislike about Qualio?I think that i find the interface showing tasks outstanding and due dates can be confusing and overwhelming at times. The notifications that come to my email are sometimes ambiguous and feel that I am unaware of the urgency of completion. Maybe adding something in that says routine training vs mandatory training.What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?Qualio is solving our business policy and procedure access problems in that it is providing new staff with at platform that ensures they are trained adequately and clearly communicates completion

What do you like best about Qualio?What I like best about Qualio is how straightforward and user-friendly it is. It makes accessing and managing quality documentation much easier, with everything in one place and simple to navigate. It helps make processes that could otherwise feel quite complex much more manageable and efficient.What do you dislike about Qualio?At the moment, I haven't come across anything that I particularly dislike about Qualio. My experience with the platform so far has been positive, and I've found it straightforward and easy to use.What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?We use Qualio to support our quality management processes as part of maintaining our ISO accreditation. It helps us keep our documentation, policies and quality processes organised and controlled in one central place, making it easier to manage compliance requirements and ensure the relevant information is accessible and up to date.

What do you like best about Qualio?Qualio is incredibly easy to use, the linking features are amazing. We are currently working on trying to integrate along with our ERP system. The performance is fast and if there are ever any issues we are able to get responses quickly.What do you dislike about Qualio?I feel like sometimes new features are released prior to being completely readyWhat problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?Qualio is currently working on integrating AI which will drastically help procedure updates and review times.
