Qualia is very user-friendly and intuitive. The support is, bar none, the best if you ever need to use it! The integrations are seamless, and the performance is unparalleled compared to any other title software.

I have not experienced any downsides as of this writing.

It is EXTREMELY user friendly. Very easy to learn to navigate and manage my case files.

So far, I have not found anything I dislike.

That you can have more than one person in the file at one time

When you have to manually code our fees and recording fees it should automatically make them aggregate and not checks

getting the request of buyer and seller personal info so we do not have to reach out to them ourselves.
