What do you like best about Quadranet Enterprise Solution?

Very easy to navigate for the bartenders and servers. Back office reporting is one of the best I ever seen. They will even create a custom report if needed.

What do you dislike about Quadranet Enterprise Solution?

Customer service is overseas so at times is difficult to reach them when needed.

What problems is Quadranet Enterprise Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streaming and tracking of our employees service charges and tips they receive from the guests. The staff is very happy to actually see what they are making at the end of every shift, which was an issue prior.
