QT9 combines PO generation, Job management, Shipping control, Inventory control, Quality control, and many other operations functions in one database that allows for mor compete visibility and tracking.

There are delays often when switching between functions and screens that can ve frustrating.

It brings visibility of all functions of the operation of our company to every associate in the company. It allows for all company data to be accessed thru a single database.

While we have not yet implemented QT9 ERP, the ease of use, compliance, and communication have stood out as exceptional.

Since our team has not yet implemented the QT9 ERP, we have no cons at this time.

We are currently paper based and the ERP will vastly improve our compliance and workflows.

QT9 system has a lot of functions that our past ERP systems were missing. Their team is very knowledgeable and they have multiple SME's that are able to understand our questions and able to fully answer any concern we threw at them.

Customization of reports is an additional charge but they have free Power BI options that could fill in the gap.

Inventory and finished product costing.

At Nanz Pharma, we have been working with QT9, and the system has proven to be intuitive and easy to navigate. The customer service team has been exceptional, assisting us in setting up the platform to ensure full compliance with our processes. I highly recommend QT9 for its user-friendly interface and dedicated support.

The ability to have both integrate a QMS and and ERP into one harmonized system

No ability to hide costs in ERP. All users can see the costs. Products cannot move locations before being not avaiable.

Ability to simply track and release inventory. The ability to create and link deviations.

The simplicity and range of functions were great.

None. Everything i seen seemed like it would work great for our business.

Inventory and accounting.

QT9's ERP system has allowed our company to streamline a lot of our processes primarily shipping and inventory management. The QT9 team is friendly and responds quickly to any questions that our team has. The training they provide as well as check-ins are great ways that they allow us to learn more about the product that they provide.

The only downsides to the QT9 ERP software is that it does not completely mesh with our paper based system we had prior to using this product. The QT9 support staff were able to help us set things up as closely as possible while we were required to update our own procedures to compensate. These sorts of problems were expected as no company can build a software packaged that can accomodate the needs of every company.

The ERP software streamlined our shipping process tremendously! Before this system, we had multiple logs and forms that would need to be completed before and after shipping.

Working in Class II medical devices it is important to use a validated system, QT9 checks this box at no additional cost. Another great feature is the synchronization with the QT9 QMS.

QT9 license is floating and is great, especially in a startup world.

After spending a year working to implement another ERP solution, our team decided to find a different ERP that better suited our company needs. After months of research and demonstrations, we found QT9 ERP and knew almost immediately it would suit our needs to manage our complex manufacturing environment. Coupled with their QT9 QMS system, it’s a single solution to manage our ERP, MRP and QMS needs across all our business platforms.

Some of the best features of the QT9 ERP allow us to customize our workflow and BOMs to fit our complex manufacturing needs. The ability to control multiple locations, and multiple workflows, with MRP tracking built in, is a helpful in mapping out our business and resource planning needs.

So far, we haven't found anything that doesn't suit our needs.

I really like how everything in the system has been streamlined to make using the QT9 ERP easier than using any other software. It's great to use for inventory because you can connect items purchased to the suppliers and it makes the process for receiving and purchasing items really easy

It can get a little complicated and overwhelming, there's always something new to learn. Otherwise there isn't anything else to dislike about the QT9 ERP

Make sure that you learn all that you can, watch the videos, take plenty of notes and ask very many questions

All of the information that we need is easier to access with QT9 ERP, it makes having audits a breeze. It's also a lot more difficult to lose or delete information.
