Intuitive interface and performance
What do you like best about QCBD?
The ability to access and retrieve files and records easily with a great database review.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
Some say QCBD is a very manual program, while I agree it also allows very flexible search criteria and customization for your needs.

Very easy database manager, manual in data entry with no automation.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and exporting database searches from many records with very specific criteria is a breeze.

Flexible and easy to use quality control program
What do you like best about QCBD?
Easy to utilize and store reports can follow up and coming alignments and approval documentation. It conveys cautions when a preparation has been overhauled and consequently adds the preparation to the representatives document. It is anything but difficult to transfer records and access them so as to prepare representatives.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
The preparation module isn't exceptionally included and not very much structured the framework did not experience any approvals for us which has caused issues.
Recommendations to others considering QCBD?
QCBD is a straightforward program, that once it is set up, you don't need to do much for Administration in the background. This is one of those projects that you can assign one individual to be accountable for the substance and you simply get everything set up for them. Pleasant and simple to oversee.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functions as our archive the board framework for all part particulars. We can monitor various Quality Audits, Quality Control, just as Trainings for everybody in the organization in a snappy to see design. Not intuitive, but gets the job done
What do you like best about QCBD?
It is a place to keep all controlled documents, there are approval processes that can be put in place, and training is also tracked in the software.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
It is quite difficult to figure out or find things. The QCBD program is far from intuitive, and figuring out how to find certain documents or trainings is a pain. It does not help that opening documents can happen in different ways depending on how you get to said document.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use QCBD as a place to keep track of all controlled documents and to track all training. It is a great way to see what percent of training has been done.

What do you like best about QCBD?
I like the Modules. In particular, I use the document module. It shows me in real-time the latest version of a form, procedure, or work instruction. I can even look at obsolete versions to see the changes. It allows remote access, so I don't need to be at the Factory to pull a hard copy.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
Once the system went down for a couple of days, it was a software bug. It was re-installed with the latest patch and then was fine.

Electronic document control, with archiving. Real-time revision control.

Decent Quality Control Program
What do you like best about QCBD?
We are able to keep track of all our Trainings, and who needs to have their trainings updated or renewed easily.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
It is a little clunky to use to begin with, not as user friendly as I would like.
Recommendations to others considering QCBD?
QCBD is a simple program, that once it is set up, you don't have to do much for Administration behind the scenes. This is one of those programs that you can designate one person to be in charge of the content and you just get everything set up for them. Nice and easy to manage.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of a number of Quality Audits, Quality Control, as well as Trainings for everyone in the company in a quick to see format. Quick reports give us access to the necessary data without having to delve deeply into semantics.

Quality Training Organized
What do you like best about QCBD?
QCBD helps me keep employees organized who need to go through specific training. It sends out alerts when a training has been upgraded and automatically adds the training to the employees file. It is easy to upload files and access them in order to train employees.
What do you dislike about QCBD?
I have been told that training plans can sometimes be difficult to build depending on the employee.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is help keeping our company up to date with training, and because we manufacture medical devices, it is giving federal authorities proof that we are making sure training and quality is documented correctly.

Good product but was not validated in our system
What do you like best about QCBD?
This system/program is very easy to use and store documents can track upcoming calibrations and validation documentation
What do you dislike about QCBD?
The training module is not very involved and not well designed the system did not go through any validations for us which has caused problems.
Recommendations to others considering QCBD?
If you are only using it as an unvalidated document management system this is a great program.
What problems is QCBD solving and how is that benefiting you?
QCBD works as our document management system for all part specifications.
