PushPress is incredibly intuitive, but the amazing thing is the resources they offer to build a strong sustainable business. They offer tremendous support and are always open to feedback to better serve me as a business owner!
The only thing about PushPress that is challenging is harnessing the power of all of their tools. There is so much that you can do with Core + Grow + Train that it can be very easy to overreach and lose sight of what you need to focus on.
Manages billing, scheduling and all administrative needs as well as marketing, lead management and retention!
My only regret is going with literally anyone else first. The UI takes a little getting used to at first because it's SO flexible, but there are just so many options for ways to manage your gym membership and product inventory in a seamless way. And as awesome as the interface is, unmatched is the customer support and tech support. I have had people emailing me back about absolutely trivial feature requests at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday. The team is unrelenting in their pursuit of quality customer care. Whatever else happens with my gym, push press has been the foundation that has gotten us as far as we have gotten.
The only thing I wish they had was some kind of external card swiper interface. And the ability to attach PDF documents to individual members

Easy to use, user friendly, easy member access, customer support, implementation, pertinent features, easy to integrate, great for daily ue, and finance records are easy to access
Just a preference, but I wish there were a more "signature friendly" way of signing the safety waiver so the signatures look closer to a hand written one
PushPress has made managing memberships and billing so much easier than previous systems I've used
Our branded app is amazing, I was able to build it out to be match our branding and it's very user friendly for all of our members. It's a one stop shop for our members to book their classes, view the workouts, buy new plans and have access to our social feed where I as the gym owner consistently post updates on anything from events, lost & found items, celebrating members milestones and schedule/class updates.
The Grow app has also been a game changer for our business, everything from texts, emails and phone calls are all streamedlined through this app making it easy for me to stay on top of leads coming in, exisiting members communication, automated texts that are sent out to our trial members as well as the ability to have a business phone number connected to Grow.
Lastly, on the financial side of things Core makes it super easy for me to know where I'm standing with monthly revenue, my taxes collected, the payroll for my coaches as well as one of my favourite features is the ability to have an in depth look at class check-ins. Everything from check-ins per member, check-ins per class type, check-ins per class time and check-ins per day of the week, making it easier for me as owner/manager to make decisions on which classes need to be adjusted or reviewed to create a better performance.
I think one thing that PushPress could improve is their Screens app, it definitely does the job, but would love to have it more customizable to match our branding - I've spoken to the team I know it's something their working on.

PushPress is an all in one system that meets every need as a gym owner. From billing, website management, CRM, staff interactions, and client management; PushPress does it all.
My only dislike about PushPress is that they are so on top of their client's needs that we often have to adapt to frequent updates and new versions. But, is this really a bad thing??
PushPress is allowing me to step away from the day to day back and forth of data entry and member followup through the CRM process and website integration and automation.

It's been 14 months since our small business adopted the oush press platforms: core, grow, website and members only app. We even took a stab at the train feature but it wasn't the right fit for us. Nonetheless, the experience was still very pleasant. I really don't have anything negative to share.
The education/onboarding for Grow was a bit over my head. But in a years time, they have developed a learning/educational platform for new users and OGs who need references or refreshers on the software.
We have been highly anticipating the release of their updated appointments. The new features cover all the basis and once again, it's super user friendly. It's in beta testing right now but once it's released - it's going to make our lives easier inballowing coaches and clients to get into the driver seat if their schedules.
I like how easy it is to navigate the site and look at all kinds of metrics. I love how the customer service is top-notch. The team at Push Press is very receptive and takes care of any issues you may have or things you want added to your profile.

We moved from Wodify and have had a much better customer experience on PushPress. The reason why I gave a high review is because of GROW. It has helped automate a lot of work that was very time consuming and the system does it more efficiently than we ever did manually. Having the website linked to purchasing has been key as well. It's been great to be able to make our own updates to the website rather than having to wait.
It would be great if the no show and late cancellation fees were automated. This can be a little time consuming.

I've used multiple platforms in the past, from both the member and admin POV. I can confidently say PushPress has been the best. Three things that stand out: 1) Member experience 2) Support 3) so easy to use from the admin side
