Pulse System

What do you like best about Pulse System?

I like how easily I can maneuver from page to page to complete a transaction to help a customer.

What do you dislike about Pulse System?

I dislike how it lags on start up and if you make a mistake and try to correct it quickly it also lags.

Recommendations to others considering Pulse System?

I would definitely look into the Pulse System of you are looking for ease of orders and ease of customer satisfaction.

What problems is Pulse System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have realized that it could benefit millions of customer service representatives across the nation.

My 3 Year Experience with Pulse

What do you like best about Pulse System?

It is easy to get ahold of the Paramount Acceptance reps if you are having trouble with the website.

What do you dislike about Pulse System?

If you are having an issue, it is difficult to get it fixed because the reps have to go through there software developers who unfortunately drag their feet. I submitted a change request over 3 months ago and no progress has been made.

Recommendations to others considering Pulse System?

Update their online appearance. Move toward one click scheduling. Streamline PIN process. Motivate software developers to work on client request in a timely fashion.
