I like the fast packing method of PULPO WMS. It allows me to process multiple orders simultaneously, which makes the shipping process more efficient. I also like the communication with support when there are problems, as they are helpful and responsive. The initial setup was also very easy, especially thanks to Vadim's explanations.

PULPO WMS enables fast packing and shipping. I particularly appreciate the quick packing method and that multiple orders can be processed simultaneously.

The connection and integration into our Plenty ERP worked quickly and smoothly. The collaboration with the Pulpo team was hand in hand and was also exceptionally efficient.

Pulpo fully automates the flow of goods in the warehouse – from goods receipt to storage, replenishment tasks, the picking process, and packing. Every single step is clearly structured, smartly regulated, and tracked in real-time, so all movements are transparent and traceable at any time.

Easy to setup and use WMS and pick/pack solution that solved our daily warehouse challenges. Whenever we encounter a hiccup they are quick to reply via email or hop on a call to resolve.

A great added value is the dedicated and competent customer support. The team is always reachable and responds quickly with a deep understanding of logistical processes. Requirements are taken seriously and implemented in a solution-oriented manner. New features are also continuously developed, which shows that Pulpo strongly relies on user feedback.

Direct contacts, intuitive application, short response times, very lean onboarding. Batch management is very well solved, customer support with very short response times. Daily application is very practical. Integrations can be done independently. Implementation is very simple.

We chose PULPO because of its flexibility and ease of use. With Vadim’s patient and highly professional guidance, we were able to fully go live in a very short time. From barcode-driven workflows to real-time inventory visibility, PULPO significantly reduces errors across picking, packing, and inventory management, while noticeably improving shipping efficiency. One of the key reasons we selected PULPO was its native and very smooth integration with Shopify, which allows us to centrally manage and synchronize inventory across multiple Shopify stores with ease.

Beyond Shopify, PULPO has continuously supported our API integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, enabling automated and transparent logistics workflows across different systems. We are currently also advancing serial number and batch management integrations with our factory systems, and throughout this process, the PULPO team has consistently provided strong support, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

The use of barcodes for every process to reduce operation errors and the automatic assignment of lots that are next in line to expire. Also the integration with Shopify was a major factor in why we use the tool and the integration is really simple to configure. The Support by Pulpo WMS team also has been great.

I don't really dislike something, it work pretty well for what I expect me to work.

Especially impressive is the way Pulpo integrates seamlessly with our ERP and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, reducing manual work and errors. We use PULPO WMS on a daily basis across multiple warehouse locations. It has become a central tool in our operational execution, with users relying on it throughout all fulfillment stages.

While PULPO WMS is highly efficient, the reporting/dashboard capabilities could benefit from more customizable analytics and deeper KPI insights. Advanced users might wish for greater flexibility in data export and warehouse performance metrics. Also, while the support is excellent, documentation for API integrations could be more detailed for tech teams working independently.
