Pulastya is an AI call automation platform for organisations that deal with a high volume of phone calls. It picks up inbound calls, makes outbound calls for campaigns, and answers callers using knowledge your organisation has approved, such as uploaded PDF documents and approved answers. If a caller asks for a person, or an escalation rule applies, Pulastya transfers the call to a human agent from a roster you set up. Automation does not replace your team. It handles routine calls and hands over the rest. Your operations team can follow live calls and look back at finished ones, including the transcript and recording. They can also score calls in a QA workflow, check analytics, schedule reports and set up alerts. One deployment can serve several organisations. Each has its own knowledge, users, settings and enabled features, and a Platform Owner role manages them. For the AI behind the calls, an organisation picks either OpenAI services or an open-source setup built on faster-whisper, Ollama and Piper. The documentation says an open-source organisation should not be switched to OpenAI silently.
