The ease and convenience to print our own materials is what I appreciate most about using PS Print.

There is nothing I don't like about PS Print - the convenience and variety of card stock they offer is great and meets our needs.

Easy to use the website to find the collateral products that you need, add, update. edit, and submit your printing needs immediately. Customer service was easy to reach via the 800 number when I had questions about a custom order. When creating orders for our own customers, we are the go-between and need to verify all details about the products' design, quality, and dimensions, and desired results. PSPrint is great to work with throughout the whole process.

Website speed did play a factor when trying to access on my mobile device. There are also not as many custom options as I would like to see. However, customer service is available for questions and answers. Overall, I have little to complain about here! PSPrint do a great job.

process was very easy and very effective, since i hold a small business , i mainly use for my business cards , printing thankyou cards, cost effective as well. 24* 7 assistance is given when in need of something, direct mailing services is anoter biggest advantange, many oediting options , clarity is amazing

I enjoy the consistent quality that PsPrint provides; not only are they price competitive with other online printers, but their stocks and their colour accuracy have been very useful for my design projects and EDDM mailings. I have not used them often since starting a full-time job in fall of 2018, but for most of my freelance design printing needs I gladly use PsPrint.

There is really nothing specific that I can point to as far as disliking when it comes to PSPrint. They are one of two online print vendors that I use, and I have enjoyed their greeting cards, postcards, and business cards. Their sales are great, too - nothing really to outright dislike!

PsPrint has a sample pack available for new customers - definitely get it! Their stocks are nice and thick, with a very smooth surface. Their velvet with soft-touch cover is wonderful, and they have matte selections for ease of writing on.

I was able to use PSPrint for an EDDM mailing, and I have been able to blind ship to my clients in the past. They are great for freelance graphic designers like me.

I've done plenty of comparison shopping for printing companies and PS Print definitely has some great pricing on various products. Their quality on their print products are great and I've used them for booklets and more and always got everything on time

So far I haven't really figure out anything that I haven't liked about them. There are many products where they have amazing pricing but some other products are best to order from other companies. For the most part they have really great prices.

They have great prices on booklets, folders and even some stickers. It's still worth it to do some research on printing costs, but PS Print has great prices.

I haven't had any recently. One time I did have a problem with an order as they printed it incorrectly but the branch manager was very eager to help and have the problem fixed as soon as possible. They handled the issue very well.

I like the ability to quote my print projects without speaking to a rep. I can tweak the paper type and size until it fits my budget. They also have awesome deals like 40%+ off frequently. I'm always satisfied with the quality of the prints too.

Shipping adds an extra expense, but it's reasonable compared to other services.

When I work with a local printer, it takes hours and days to receive a price quote. With PsPrint, within minutes I know how much the project will cost and when I should expect it to arrive.

They serve very fast and with a good price. In addition your cards are of great quality. Possibly the best quality/price that I have ever seen. The merchandising is also very well printed with them, as well as the promotional material. Acceptable quality and acceptable service.

If you are looking for quality, personalization and variety, it is not your store... Maybe it is something short when we talk about printing plastic materials in photographic quality or higher.

To print specific things like business cards without much quality, pens, cups, ... it works.

Printing of our company's material (merchandising) as well as maybe cards for events and different flyers. Generic without more.

The low price and the website functionality.

Literally everything else. Stickers are of poor quality if they even manage to get the order correct, and dealing with their customer service is a nightmare.

Avoid them.

We ordered glossy brand stickers, and not only did they send us matte stickers, but over half of them were cut poorly to be slightly off-center. When I contacted them about the issue, they blamed it on the border of my design being too small. A thicker border may have made the off-center cut slightly less visible, but still isn't an excuse, and doesn't explain the stickers being incorrectly printed matte. I agreed to alter the sticker design so they could be reprinted, but got busy as I run a business. When I did get around to recontacting PsPrint to replace my order, their customer service told me they could no longer replace or refund my order since too much time had passed. There are much better options to print stickers, I'd avoid this company at all costs.
