The installation was simple. The support team was quick to respond and knowledgeable. It's user-friendly for both admins and users, and it gives us confidence in our VPN's security.

Setup instructions could be clearer. Sometimes we need to contact support, which can delay the initial deployment.

The only downside for me was the time it took to set up the Telegram bot. I had to follow some extra instructions to get it working. Unlike the 2FA app, there’s no automatic bot registration, which added a bit of complexity to the setup process.

Protectimus helps secure RDP access with multi-factor authentication, making my remote connections much safer and more reliable. I also love the convenience of using a Telegram bot for OTPs, it fits perfectly into my workflow and makes everything easier.

I really like how reliable and easy the Protectimus Slim token is to use. It makes accessing my account through Cisco VPN simple and secure, and I’ve never had any issues with it. Plus, the token itself is small and convenient to carry around.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything to dislike. The setup was straightforward, and the token works exactly as it should without any hassle.
