Foreclosure Data is next level! Absolutely love the monitoring features and how up to date they keep the software. Skip tracing with the one most active number has been really incredible as well. I kind of don't want other people to find out about property radar selfishly so we can keep it to ourselves but there is plenty of deals out there so I for one highly recommend the software.

I do wish the names were title cased and not all capital letters but that is more a concern for our crm sending out automations. I also wish they had an open api we could webhook into instead of using Zapier but these efficency's will come with time and not too big of a concern with the benefit we get over other software anyway.

It is very easy to make lists to market to. It is also very convenient way to access information about a lead to have an idea of their backstory.

I haven't ran into any dislikes just yet.

I am new to the system, so my usage has been pretty simple so far. I plan on digging more deeply to realize more benefits.

You can drill down to the exact market you want to work with. You aren't wasting time and money marketing to the wrong market.

Nothing I really dislike, there's just a learning curve as it is with anything new.

Absolutely sophisticated. no other service ive tried gives you this kind on data, for this price! the mobile app feature is fantastic. Agent or lender, this will up your game

so far i have not found anything that is now working well for us! i would be nice for mortgage lenders to be able to look up agents, and independent financial advisors

My marketing company was always trying to find and compile data for marketing lists.

I like that I can easily organize inform and narrow down on the market that I need to, and see everything in one place. I like that I can export my lists for free when < 10,000 per month. That is more than what I will use. I like the app feature also to access anywhere.

I do not like that you cannot easily omit duplicates from a list or from two different lists. This should be automated. Also, some data like from Arkansas is not available which I am in need of.

Compares with PropStream from what I understand, but I do not know as I have never used Propstream. I can say the data was accurate and I had no return mail from the list I pulled.

With Property Radar I was able to quickly make my list and when I sent direct mail I got a lead with in the first day that turned into a huge win for me.

As a Real Estate Investor, I can get lists of prospects with detailed demographics for a specific area with email and phone numbers. This pinpoints my marketing efforts!!!

Having a platform within PropertyRadar to send emails to your different listings would be helpful.

I love the feature of making different market lists. Once you’ve have found the market that’s right for you, you can create lists made up of all the properties you’ve selected. Within this list, you can find insights, segment your list for niche targeting, connect with people on your list, create marketing campaigns, and set up alerts and automations on these properties

I'm not a great tech person and the measurement tool has me lost! The platform uses heat maps to help people visually identify opportunities in their local market. You can filter the search using different criteria, such as estimated value, to find homes in different price brackets, or by owner age to find retirement communities. This is an easy way to explore a variety of properties to meet anyone’s needs. Which is great tool but I can't figure it out.

PropertyRadar is helping me solve my neighborhood marketing by providing me with people information on each property’s location, characteristics, value and equity, ownership, property taxes, legal description, mortgage and loan, foreclosure, parcel boundary, vacancy and any property tax delinquencies. The data also indicates whether the property is owner occupied, for sale or in foreclosure. You can see comparable properties in the area and the property’s market listing history and prices.

Speed and ease of retrieving data was a breeze

I'm finding the properties

It's visually friendly, easy on the eyes, provides the most up to date information as opposed to other platforms, keeps me organized. I also like that you can see the links for other sites like Realtor.com or Zillow to see if something is on the MLS.

Not as many comp filter options. Can not log into multiple devices without it signing you out. So unless I save the search, I lose what I was looking at. Although it does show when you have viewed a property if you pull it up, maybe if your history could show to make it an easier find would be helpful. I do like the geolocate feature that is not available here.

It's better visually on the mobile device when driving. Also the MLS listing info & comp information is more recent. I have a better way to make notes for properties.
