Great support, great for multi-currency and best for many card service providers

What do you like best about ProPay?

It processes payments in an easy & instant one-step process. I connected it with the bank and payments transfer is automatic, wonderful.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

Nothing that comes to mind. It's a pretty good payment processor.

What problems is ProPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company accepts wide range of cards and payment modes. The platform handles international currencies and conversion.

Safe and secure payment processor that is important in today world

What do you like best about ProPay?

This product is easy and works well with our website shopping. It processed payments and transfer funds to the business account.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

There is nothing I can specifically say that I don't enjoy about this software.

We have multiple methods of taking payment from our customers and payments are processed quickly.

Awesome program

I like that my money is immediately available and easily transferable to my bank.

I don't have anything negative to say about Propay.

I highly recommend Propay for businesses for quick, easy payments.

Easy to use

What do you like best about ProPay?

This is a helpful service that allows me a secure alternative to other payment sites. It was very helpful & easy to use for taking credit card payments for my small business.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

It is not very well known so some clients can be skeptical about its implementation. I also did not find the costumer service live chat as intuitive as I would like.

Making it easier to take and monitor credit card payments

ProPay is alright, but I prefer Stripe

What do you like best about ProPay?

It was easy to set up and go. I have not really used it much.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

It seems dumbed down, and I prefer Stripe much better.

I haven't solved any problems yet with ProPay, I only downloaded it as a 2nd processor.

ProPay for Small Business Use

What do you like best about ProPay?

I like being able to take payments where I was with my phone. Nothing else is required.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

I dislike the fees and time it took to transfer the money to my bank account.

Recommendations to others considering ProPay?

I would research the product in detail before implementing. Also seeing if there is a trial version to see if the product will meet your needs.

What problems is ProPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes taking payments without a store front convenient and easy. I have been able to take payments without the risk of checks which could not have the funds available.

ProPay's pros and cons

What do you like best about ProPay?

It is convenient because it is compatible with my Mary Kay web page. It integrates so my customers can use credit cares on my website.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

The monies are sometimes not available as quickly as I think they should be. Customer support is not always available on the weekends. There have been glitches during which time I cannot see transactions the same day as they occur.

Recommendations to others considering ProPay?

The rates are not the best, but it is required through MAry Kay to use it if I want it to integrate with my web page and accept credit card transactons there.

What problems is ProPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to run credit cards including American Express if I wish. The funds are readily available if I use the Mary Kay website.

What do you like best about ProPay?

What I liked most was that it made collecting payment for my orders easy. Most individuals do not carry enough cash for MK orders and normally don't carry a check book.

What do you dislike about ProPay?

What I disliked the most was the fee associated with any transaction. I would much rather go to a bank to deposit cash and checks than be charged the fees.

What problems is ProPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProPay solves the problem of newer generations not carry paper money and checks.
