It gives a quick email to our team of any suspicious emails and leaves us a easy to read summary and plenty of information about the incident. I like the amount of information it provides.

I don't have any dislikes as it does what its supposed to without and extra fluff to the software.

It is identifying malicious emails to our staff and alerting our team so we can stay on top of the situations without too much surprise.

Most powerful tool for Incident Management, Unexpected Treats Treatment and easy to work , very simple GUI configuration. Support very fast and 24x7 available.

Nothing to say about dislike feature, it's done a great job.

Please provide more Technical trainings for exploring more features.

Have had several false positives of the last few months resulting in 100's of email being recalled and replaced

Regarding email risks, Proofpoint provides the most effective integrated solution. It assists in addressing all malware and non-malware email risks at the business level.

Its outdated, difficult layout is the only thing I find annoying. It would be fantastic if the UI was altered or adjusted. I really hope the problem team works on that.

Our environment is more safer now that this solution has helped prevent fraudulent traffic from entering our email inboxes.

The significant time and effort that Proofpoint Threat Response requires to reach the desired security level, frequently at the expense of reducing user productivity, depresses me.

I expect the reporting feature to be more granular and obvious the technical support team need to be more trained about the product and technology. Please note this is my personal experience.

Proofpoint delivers most effective unified solution in terms of email threats. It also helps in solving enterprise level email security for all malware and non-malware email threats such as frauds, spam, junk, phishing mails etc.

Only thing i dislike would be its old clumsy UI. If that UI is changed or modified that would be great. I hope concern team works on that.

Proofpoint threat response is a good software for automated threat response and detection.

I haven't found many issues working with this software so I can't say what I really dislike.

Proofpoint Threat Response may be less suitable for organizations with limited IT resources or less complex security needs, as the platform is designed primarily for enterprise-level security management. This platform has to have future view on luring small business that could effectively contribute protecting confidentiality across small enterprises.

Proofpoint Threat Response does our job easier by identifying emerging threats by evolving MITRE TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) and s a powerful tool for managing security incidents and responding to threats. It is a solid choice for larger enterprises looking to improve their cybersecurity posture by decreasing the cyber risk associated with various Cyber threats.

The most helpful part is being able to see email threats and manually quarantine threats as needed. The user interface is very easy to understand, management is easy and upgrades have almost no downtime.

Although the user interface is easy and straightforward, it looks outdated. There are several opportunities where processes could be expedited, requiring fewer clicks and sub-menus.

Proofpoint Threat Response solves the problems of email threat visibility and the ability to respond to threats in our environment. This benefits us in the capacity of email security and peace of mind.
