Proliant Experience

What do you like best about ProLiant?

I am a multi daily user of Proliant and having the accessibility of having everything located there, our ATS, benefits and time off viewer is ideal for our growing company - just have the one log in. We continue to have more streamlined processes and the resources that Proliant offers make it easy to navigate. Customer Support is responsive when asking a question via email and provide the necessary recources for the question asked.

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

Since our company covers so many counties in our state it would be nice to have a spot for where their location(s) they report to.

What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any problems that I have had, I have reached out to our account manager and she has guided me to the right person and path that was needed.

ProLiant is a reliable payroll platform that continues to make improvements to be more competitive.

What do you like best about ProLiant?

Supports large payrolls and user friendly. Their customer support is Awesome! I use the system daily with minimal issues. Highly recommend, especially for companies with large payrolls.

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

Reports. I wish there were more options for reporting. especially for things like BLS reporting. for us, we have multiple company codes and the reports are more grouped together for the BLS reporting. We wish it broke things down more so we could actually drill down within our specific compnay codes.

What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?

PTO accruals. They have been wonderful in working with us to create a certain PTO module that is a benefit to our employees.

What do you like best about ProLiant?

The system is easy to navigate, and handles all of our HR & Payroll needs.

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

Wish I had another memember on my team to help with set up. Proliant walked me through everything during setup but it's a lot to do while handling all my other responsibilities.

Our old system was archaic and hard to handl; this has made it possible to handle everything in one place.

Sometimes difficult to receive responses from representatives, but generally can receive a prompt response.

ProLiant is helping my team save hours on manual payroll entries since ProLiant sends automatic journal entries to our accounting system.

What do you like best about ProLiant?

ProLiant has been a breath of fresh air compared to our last payroll company. We love having a dedicated account manager instead of a help-desk ticket system. They also have so many integrations and it's so easy to use!

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

The only downside is that NovaTime seems to be a little dated.
