I use Projectworks for both project and resource management, and it has really helped me with project delivery and keeping my team organized with workloads. I like that it gives me clear visibility around the project, managing the track of my project and team capacity with resources. The reporting management and informed decision-making features are good, as they help me understand the project progress, team workload, timelines, and overall task progress. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, making the start with Projectworks good.

I think the depth of customization and the reporting dashboard could be improved. It would be helpful to have the ability to create a fully customized widget and have more reporting templates or something that's category-based.

I use Projectworks for project and resource management. It helps with project delivery, team load organization, project status, team capacity, and resource allocation. It offers clear visibility into projects, managing team capacity, with reporting management and informed decision-making aiding in understanding progress and timelines.

It is really quite user friendly with clear prompts and self-help guides available. Help to just streamline projects and does exactly as asked without unnecessary inefficiencies.

I haven't really had any issues with Projectworks especially after the latest update. I guess it depends on how an organisation likes to establish their workflows, but i know that Projectworks has the capability to do a lot more than my organisation actually uses it for.

Projectworks is fantastic how it allows me to minimise inefficiencies, by streamlining projects and allocating persons, time, budgets and then bringing it together nicely when it is time to invoice.

Projectworks has been helpful because it combines all the features we were looking for in a project managment software. It took a second to get the hang of some of the features because there are a lot (this is a good thing) but we felt that we always had someone to reach out to with questions. Projectworks does integrations with Xero well and will help us with proper management and calculating individual project profitablilty. I appreciated the Projectworks team helping with the migration and follow-up support. We are paying the same amount as what our previous software costed but Projectworks has more features and a lot more support and walk-through.

There were a few things we thought would make the software a bit more user-friendly such as adding more characters to certain text boxes or preview boxes before emails get sent out. We brought these recommendations to Tony and he gladly took the feedback and said he would pass it on to the Projectworks team. We had some questions about how to add certain information and Tony showed us how to do it. So the items we disliked were addressed becasue Tony coached us through them.

With Projectworks, we are able to see individual project profitability in a single snapshot. This is something we were missing with other software.

The resource planning function, reporting capability and productivity data.

There is not much to dislike about Projectworks. My only concern is that some of the 'legacy' reports are perhaps the most important. I would hope they remain.

Amalgamation of many crucial functions and and access to daily productivity data. We know where we stand at any point in time.

Live project financial data is really important to us and this works really well. The interface is pretty intuitive and the recent improvements to the budget loading fields have improved our efficiency, especially the top down $$ feature for timecodes. This has saved heaps of time when building bottom up budgets.

I find the new reporting tool a bit more difficult to use. It seems more like a SQL database query tool which is challenging to use if you are not software focused or have a background. This generally results in us having to contact PW support to help build the report.

Being able to copy budgets within projects would be really helpful and save us more time. Some of our projects have repetitive budget requirements and being able to copy these would save hours.

Accurate utilisation reporting. This has been beneficial for our management reporting saving time each month.

It's very easy to navigate, track progress of the project and cost. Very good for timesheeting. Wide choice of reports. Good support tearm.

Some small annoying features: it doesn't remember your filter set up and each time you have to re-set it from default. One of the latest feature - bulk expense report is not available for everyone.

Cost and progress tracking for the projects

The navigation... it's very easy and self explanatory.

Not being able to attach a document to a Project. Attaching a link is ok but being able to attach a pdf would be great! Also, when exporting an invoice that is a new client to Xero, you have to complete all the details again in Xero as PW only exports the client name.

The Forecasting and Resourcing tools have been a life saver. I am often required to export reports for the management team and having the option to export to excel or PDF have been really helpful.

The ease of use and the ability to visually see our targets being tracked.

I haven't come across anything I dislike on Projectworks yet. Everything has been there that we needed and easy to use.
