Phenomenal support, easy to learn and implement (relative to other options), clean design, cloud-based, and highly capable.

I don't really dislike anything. There are a couple of minor feature tweaks that I am waiting to be implemented, but they are in the queue and are not preventing us from using the software. I really appreciate how the Prodsmart team is developing this software thoughtfully and from the ground up to work as a modern cloud-based solution for manufacturers.

The customer service is fantastic. The team is knowledgeable, quick to respond and looks first to improve our existing processes before resorting to alternative solutions. A couple of our processes were improved with the implementation of the software.

No complaints. Every now and then there would be glitches on the tablet during the development process, but the Prodsmart team was quick to resolve the issue.

We wanted a user friendly platform to enhance communication between administration and the production floor. We sought real-time visibility of production runs, process quality and efficiency, real-time inventory, reduction of risk for error in the traceability process, and tracking of KPIs. Prodsmart delivered in each of these areas.

The software is extremely user-friendly, and customer support is incredibly quick and understanding. They have all of the features we need for our company to excel, and are willing to create more that we need.

There really haven't been any serious issues with the software. Anytime we run into a problem they are willing to accommodate our needs.

Our experience with Prodsmart has gone exceptionally well. Their staff has been quick to respond and help us during every stage of integration to this new software and all of it's features. The software has helped us with data tracking all the way from product progression to worker productivity. It is a much better centralized hub for all of our data than we have found anywhere else. They are more than willing to meet with us on a weekly basis to help improve our experience; even the online customer support responds to us daily with smallest of questions.

The product is fairly feature-rich. Having many implementations under my belt, working with the Prodsmart team has been an exceptional experience.

The virtual training has been exceptional. However, it would be great to just go to a learning center and be able to watch a video or have written documentation to download for some of the things we need to do on the fly.

We have been able to solve a sundry of problems due to the data we have been able to analyze from Prodsmart. It has allowed us to solve some behavioral problems as well.

Prodsmart has changed the way our shop operates, no longer to things fall through the crack, and no longer do employees go idle without their next task in front of them. Prodsmart is very easy to use and the support team has been fantastic!

I do not have any dislikes with Prodsmart.
