The setup is really simple and the connections are reliable. Pricing structures are fair as well. By using PrintNode, we are saving over 212 hours a year of labor time that it would have taken to print QR codes on our production line by manual point and click to printer. Nobody likes to waste time messing with printers in a manufacturing setting, especially at the admin level. With PrintNode, we are able to forget about adding the downloading pdfs and then printing manually, and skip focus more on the actual operational tasks at hand. This is increasing our throughput on our production lines and sending out more packages through parcel.

The free version with one connection and limited prints was really nice for preliminary testing, however switching over to an upgraded production account took a full day longer than what was relayed to us.

Utilize the connection on your local print server instead of on individual machines if applicable and running out of connections.

We were able to create a QR code for our BOMs going through production. Doing so allowed us to create a second production line without adding additional licenses in our ERP system. We are currently using PrintNode to automatically print these unique QR codes once production saves the first build station task. We plan to use PrintNode to also automatically print pallet id labels, bill of ladings, and packing slips for our parcel and ltl shipping processes as well. We will be saving well over 1,000 hours on manually printing these labels in the next year itself.

PrintNode has an extremely easy to use API. It is very straightforward to link your printers to your account and then send "Print Jobs" to them via API call.

The subscription tiers can be a little confusing at first. You need to estimate your annual usage of prints for your account. However, subsequent prints that go above you subsription limit, are very inexpensive.

If you have repetitive print tasks and don't want your users to have to click through multiple screens to print a PDF, this is an awesome product. Also, if you need to print based on some user action, this is a perfect use case. The time savings of not having to physically print documents, but rather send them to a print automatically is very significant. Very handy product that is worth the minimal time to set up.

We are using PrintNode to automatically print QR codes on our production line to tag the equipment we are producing. With PrintNode, I can submit a print job based on a user action and have it print automatically. Our folks do not have to click into multiple screens to actually print the QR. This is saving us tons of time.

Compatible with a WIDE range of apps allowing for multide of operating systems to be put to use and efficient with transmitting print jobs with minimal wait time!

Can't complain with this service - I recommend going up all the way to standalone if a lot of work is done at home and not just the office.

The cost of printing!! This app is so cheap and every place you print at is 5 dollars.

No glaring issues except for occasional glitches when on "managing printers" screen (usually occurs when printers build up.

I don't need to keep "compatible" printer servers around with this app, which is such an underestimated yet huge benefit.
