I love that it syncs with Quickbooks so you don't have to recreate invoices. They convert right from the quotes.

The matrix system needs to have more flexibility.

It has streamlined my business by allowing me to provide quotes to clients instantly. It also allows me to change quotes in real-time, allowing clients to see those updates immediately.

I appreciate Printavo's software updates, improvements, and community feedback. They listen and work hard to make the user experience positive and successful. In addition, the Printavo community is one of sharing and learning -- which is key for growth!

It would be great if improvements happened faster, but that's just me being impatient.

Printavo has helped us reduce redundancy in order entry. Time is money and Printavo saves both.

Printavo makes storing client information and orders really easy and organized. We use this program as our main invoicing system for orders, from the time a quote is shared with a client to the time the order is marked completed after production.

Only complaint is that it would be great to have a better way for an invoice to be converted to an Excel or spreadsheet which would allow for custom fields and editing in order to create specific work orders for a certain client or production team.

This is a great solution for any shop requiring custom order invoices. Our clients also enjoy the ease of using the system to approve invoices and production proofs associated with their orders, as well as completing payment.

Before Printavo, all customer orders and production details were stored on paper! This program has significantly improved our systems and workflow and has proved a huge time saver. Old orders are easily referenced, and stored production notes make re-orders very simple.

Building quotes is extremely simple and adding items on the fly is a quick and easy. Live chat and response time is great for any time-sensitive issues.

The mobile version is a little difficult to maneuver, of course I don't think it's 100% app ready yet!

Definitely worth checking out for any kind of printing or custom merch companies, we deal with thousands of orders a week and the Calander is an amazing organizing tool.

I love that it is user friendly to all. Clients can utilize it to make art edits, approvals, payments.. they know where their order is at stage wise at all times. This cuts down the time spent on the phone and gives more time to production and day to day business affairs. We all know time is money. The calendar is a huge sell. its efficient and easy to use. it allows everyone working in the shop to be on the same page at all times.

I wish that they had web stores. I know this is something we are told they are working on and I can not wait until they are finished :) When they are this will be the best shop manager we have seen.

If you are looking for a shop management program to get rid of headache and have every one from clients to managers to printers all on the same page 24/7 this is the program you want. I am more then happy with this product. Once web stores are initiated I will be over the moon with them :)

Time spent on the phone with clients to let collect payment, get art approvals and let them know their order is complete :) This frees up the managers to make more contacts and follow up on more leads.

Printavo is simple, efficient, and has no extra junk you don't need. It's by far the best cloud-based print shop management tool I've used! Creating quotes is quick, and the built in pricing catalog works well. Our production team has increased efficiency using the Calendar tool, and scheduling jobs is easier & clearer than any prior software we used. Sending messages and getting approvals/payments from customers is easy and streamlined.

From a salespersons point of view, I have not found a way to view past sales numbers by a weekly basis. Printavo does a great job of reporting invoices so I can see what orders were fully completed in production and paid for within a given time frame, however I'm also curious about order "bookings" in any given past time frame. I also miss the quote > work order > invoice format of past platforms...Printavo just goes from quote > invoice.

If you're using anything else, definitely give Printavo a try!

Printavo makes the order management process so smooth, allowing the sales team to focus more time on CRM and outbound marketing.

It really changed the way our store worked, before our team was not sure what to work next to what was due and when and where everything was, now I can send quotes to customers very quickly and even send them a text message to make a tracing. It has also been useful to collect payments faster by text message. Before we used Quickbooks and Shopvox but they were very complicated to use.

There are still things that I would like to be able to customize just to facilitate the use and workflow, I am sure that Printavo will eventually get these things as features and we also had communication problems and our efficiency simply stank.

He hastened to make suggested changes based on industry experience which was fantastic, it can be said that this software is internally produced is a great solution. The calendar order processing, integrated billing and more allow it to be an all-in-one platform that I would recommend to anyone starting, I am even very happy that the company I work for has found this system.

We have saved a lot of time and money by automating tasks, order confirmation with customers to avoid printing errors. Allowing all employees to be updated no matter where they are located, we have had a great experience with Printavo. New employees seem to quickly realize how things work as we continue to grow with Printavo as they always listen to users and make updates to the software.

I love how streamlined and organized Printavo makes everything for our company. I am able at any time of day and from any browser look at what orders are currently open, which have been paid, which are being printed, and who has messaged us. For the customers, they get very professional emails for each step of the process and a way to pay for their orders in a safe manner.

We are unhappy with their new merch offering. It doesn't replace our previous stores, and we cannot use it.

Printavo is perfect for keeping up with workflow but if you need a program for online stores, look elsewhere.

We use printavo for quotes, payments, order tracking, etc.

Printavo is great for allowing the organization of orders from all departments into one central location. It allows for the placement of specific notes and order specifications. The calendar is a great feature for viewing the production schedule of each department, as well as the ability to color code orders depending on their status. In software billing requests are also a great feature. Overall a great software with few bugs.

The messaging system within Printavo could use some work. We have dealt with clients not receiving our messages and vice versa. We currently do very little messaging with the software and continue to rely on email because of these issues.

Organization and structure flow are the best uses of this system for our business. This really mainstreamed our process from order quote to production finalization to billing. It is amazing the time we save using this software now that we are able to fastback everything in one place.
