Print Conductor is one of the most practical and dependable productivity tools I’ve used. It manages complex batch printing with ease and saves me a huge amount of time. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer support—Mikhael is extremely responsive and genuinely listens. I asked for a blank page insertion feature, and it was added to the software within five days. That kind of engagement and follow-through on real user needs is rare. Print Conductor isn’t just well-engineered; it’s a product that continues to improve because the developer truly cares.

I have zero dislikes about the Print Conductor product. Whenever thee is an error it is 100% user error.

We print to many printers in many formats, Print Conductor allows us to route those jobs quickly and efficiently so that everything flows where it is supposed to.

Flexibility to print a variety of file types in one pass, or convert folders of docs to pdfs. Responsiveness to support questions via email has been prompt and helpful.

For my uses, there is nothing to dislike.

Throw everything you have at it. If stumped then submit a support email. Responses have been very timely and helpful.

Print Conductor saves me time and effort. I can set it and forget it until it's done processing my files.

The value of features vs cost is the first thing that comes to mind about what I like. There are lots of options if you dig into the program, but you don't have to use them all. Cost was easily made up by time saved AND the accuracy it provided. One other thing I like is that when I've had a question or a suggestion for improvement the owner of the company is the one who responds and either walks me through my issue to help me understand it, or puts it on his list for improvement. Great customer service!

When printing through the application, what ever settings you use are set as the default for that printer in other programs. Easy to change them back, but it's worth knowing

We are a commercial print shop. One of our customers is a large organization that has more than 600 staff that send us documents that need to be printed in different quantities. Some times an order has multiple documents. By placing the documents that go together in a folder, Print Conductor allows us to put a folder cover sheet on the print job, along with a document cover sheet on each individual print file. This helps us sort and package the print jobs and make sure they get to the right person in the right building. We are more limited by the cache on our printers than we are by Print Conductor.

The software's drag and drop features for setting up print jobs is great - saves a lot of time when printing large numbers of documents. Each release gets more and more user friendly and the coders respond very quickly to comments and suggestions.

No 'Cons' to the software that I see. It quickly solves printing problems.

Print Conductor solved our issues with printing large numbers of documents - I can now easily queue up 100+ documents of varying sizes simply by using drag and drop and let that print job run in the background while I complete other tasks. The largest benefit I realized is the time savings and simple ease of use found in Print Conductor. It's intuitive and powerful.

Drop an entire folder of files on the interface and click "Print"... DONE!

I like how much time it saves me - particularly if I need to print multiple drawings in a hurry I can set them going and get one with other things whiile they print.

I haven't found any downsides really - the provider regularly updates the software so it always works for me.

I have to print 30 or 40 drawings at a time to price projects; This software makes it the work of a moment and I can go and have a cup of tea instead of clicking 200 times.

I can just drag and drop a whole folder to get my document to the list and I then can select a another folder. Since there is an options to exclude some files I get only wanted file types to the list. With separate settings for different file types, I can get the result just as I want.

I mostly miss that there is no "built in" PDF printer.

Saving time, saving my boring manual work and also saving my health.

I like the wide range of accepted file formats and its straight forward UI.

It can really save a lot of time on printing a bunch of documents and it is very easy to use.

There is nothing i really dislike, it's just an excellent tool!
