It’s very easy to use as a runner and also straightforward to learn as a developer. It can handle multiple upload and download instances at the same time, and it connects to different SAP systems without much effort. Overall, it’s safe to say it has even helped improve my knowledge and skills in SAP.

The new UI isn’t as user-friendly as the older version. Also, the new version sometimes freezes out of the blue, which disrupts the overall experience. I wish it could handle “change conditions” in bulk as smoothly as it does when creating conditions.

I work a lot with SAP data uploads, changes, and retrieval. Automate Studio has eliminated much of the manual, repetitive work, which has resulted in significant time savings. I’m also able to retrieve information from SAP that isn’t normally accessible through standard t-codes. For mass data activities, there’s really no alternative to Automate Studio.

It’s very easy to use if you already know SAP. The support is also very good and helpful whenever you run into issues.

In some SAP transactions, the screens don’t always match exactly, so I sometimes have to use workarounds. That said, it hasn’t been a major hurdle for me.

The Query section could be improved; sometimes, when complex queries with many tables and connections are required, the application slows down and the session closes.
