MTBC is a low cost practice management & billing software
What do you like best about PracticePro?
I like that I can easily pull up a patients account. Scheduling is easy.
What do you dislike about PracticePro?
Customer service is difficult. Sometimes it is difficult to understand the person on the phone.
What problems is PracticePro solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient billing.

I dislike that it has difficulty carrying information forward sometimes and the times it won't connect

It's more physical therapy based do keep in mind they'll need to build things for other disciplines

PracticePro was a nice upgrade from our previous software
What do you like best about PracticePro?
Streamlined patient searches, multiple ways to navigate through different sunsections of patient charts; scheduling is alot better than our previous system.
What do you dislike about PracticePro?
It can sometimes be a bit tricky when you have multiple ways to access the same information. For training purposes this can be confusing at times. Navigation can be a bit confusing as there are multiple ways to get to sub-charts...it is a pro and a con at the same time.
What problems is PracticePro solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to review patient charts for our therapists. The only issue I have come across with this is a glitch where our therapists cannot access the charts of children they havent seen yet. You need to have a past visit to access this, and they would like to get patient history to prep for intial visit. We have to have office staff print this out ahead of time which is an inconvenience.
