What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

Most things are pretty simple to figure out and if not, there is help not far away (by email), they are fast to help you!

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

One of the things I dislike are, that I can't text right from the program, I have to use another company, so there is just one more step to every update and things don't always jive well together.

What problems is PracticePerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can't think of any problems I'm solving with it. But benefits...the options seem almost endless, you can schedule, chart, bill, invoice, it seems like a super customizable program.

Excellent for small business

What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

The customization available for the schedule has been better than any other system we have used in the past. The ease of billing is handy and quick. The counting of the units used is also extremely helpful for contract therapists to keep track of their available units.

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

The only thing I can say I dislike is that you cannot pull up two providers schedules only. It is either one of the providers or all of them. This would be helpful to schedule OT and ST together.

What problems is PracticePerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used it to keep track of PAs and help ease scheduling. We also just started using Wiredclient through Practice Perfect and that makes communication with patients extremely easy. We have realized how to customize the evaluations to our liking which is better than any other system so far.

So many tools to use

What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

I love that amongst easy scheduling I am able to easily use many tools (even physiotools) which are all easily integrated for a smooth us

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

I also dislike the amount of tools present as it gets very confusing and complex.

Recommendations to others considering PracticePerfect?

Make sure you use a tutorial to understand all the tools available.

What problems is PracticePerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to schedule, bill, store contacts and build exericse programs easily.

Great and Has Potential

What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

Easy set it, was able to train someone very quickly on how to use it. Layout is organized nicely. Don't spend a lot of time searching for information since icons are apparent in what they contain.

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

Prone to glitching and freezing. Once it does, it can take hours to restart.

Having an additional search bar to find information more quickly

Fairly easy to navigate. This program allowed us to switch to emr while allowing us to complete our documentation the same way we used to

Some features are hard to find (ie) the formatting of patient goals. However this may be due to the device we are using it on

What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

When it’s working, it is great. It’s good to schedule on. I like being able to access notes and exercises.

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

That I can’t stay logged in after I leave the website- i must refresh and sign in again every time.
