Overpriced Fees for Average Service
What do you like best about PowWeb?
Customer service representatives are very courteous.
What do you dislike about PowWeb?
POW Web's hosting fees are more expensive than other Web hosting services. After repeated requests and attempts to resolve an issue with statistics logging via Webalyzer failed, I ultimately chose to switch hosting providers.
What problems is PowWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowWeb did not resolve my issue of failing to log my search words and search phrases while using Webalyzer.

Declining Service
What do you like best about PowWeb?
Powweb offers low cost for hosting. Along with access to multiple databases and unlimited domains pointing to the hosting account (for now).
What do you dislike about PowWeb?
Over the years the amount of services you get have slowly declined, reducing the value of the hosting plans. Support is hard to reach and not always responsive.
Recommendations to others considering PowWeb?
Give them a try before committing to anything. Their online control panel is more difficult now than it was just a few years agin. The number of services they offer have also declined in recent months. If you are looking to host a WordPress site look elsewhere.
What problems is PowWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of adding additional sites and domains all in one hosting account. Makes managing multiple websites much easier.

More work needed to make it better
What do you like best about PowWeb?
It's low cost shared hosting solution with easy to use website builder. It has free domain registration for new users.
What do you dislike about PowWeb?
Renewal prices are high. Slow service. Support is also kind of poor.
What problems is PowWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple sites are easy and also It's easy to add more sites and domains in single hosping account.

Horrible
What do you like best about PowWeb?
They are cheap but you get what you pay for.
What do you dislike about PowWeb?
Service response is horrible. Uptime is horrrible. they are slow to update their infrastructure. PHP is years behind. Their first level support cant do anything and their "Senior" admins never respond. Ive had other hosts fix their data base corruption issues.
What problems is PowWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving my hosting needs. I am in process of migrating all business from them. Hours of unbillable wasted time spent with their inferior support.
