The price. I love how it won't affect my budget.

I don't mind that they close on the weekends. It's understandable. I wish they would offer customer service at least one day of the weekend.

I would not go back to a more "traditional" mail service.

One of the things I least like about PostScanMail is the lack of detailed tracking information. With traditional mail, you can track your mail all the way to its final destination, but with PostScanMail you only get a limited amount of information about the status of your mail. This makes it difficult to know where your mail is and when it will arrive.

Postscanmail is solving the problem of inefficient physical mail processes. This includes reducing the time spent managing paper mail, streamlining mail tracking processes, minimizing manual data entry, and eliminating the cost of manual labor and postage.

The service is reliable and quick. I also loved the option to digitally archive images of the items sent for future reference, without creating clutter in the office or a visit to the scanner myself.

When I used to work at a coworking space, we used to open and scan peoples' mail for them upon request. It was a huge hassle, not to mention a liability- but we had so many requests for the service, that we felt obligated to offer it. Once we learned about PostScan Mail, we stopped and would instead refer this service. It saved our front desk staff a lot of time and our clients were generally happy to have a recommended option.

I'm not sure how the pricing compares to other services but it did increase in recent years. I would also say that their app is not GREAT- truthfully it's not too bad, but I tended to use the web version for a better experience.

This way to scan is an easy way to scan. That’s the best way to sum it up. I needed it in a pinch as I was running late and didn’t have time to find a place so I searched for a good way to scan and I picked this and it was the best decision I ever made for work.

This is one of the most convenient services I've come across. I don't like my mailbox being filled up with unnecessary mail and this gives me the option to only receive the important documents, bills, etc. I get a notification showing what I received and if I want it forwarded to my mailbox or not. Its easy to use, inexpensive, and extremely conducive for me. Great service!

I travel a lot for work. It is super convenient to be able to check my mail from anywhere I am. I also love the fact that I have the option to have my mail shredded! Fantastic way to go green!

PSM (PostScanMail) is a straightforward Mailbox provider for small businesses. The best feature is that they will open and scan a mail and send it to you via email. You are not required to be present.

The price for the features Open and Scan is a little high. People will prefer this option over email forwarding if the price is bit lower.

There are plenty of options for online postal mailboxes and postal mail scanning services. I also never have to worry about a change of address. It's convenient, easy, fast, and cost effective.

Being able to forward mail is the main reason I use postscan mail.
