I like how easy it is to manage the creators I am accepting into my campaign. Additionally, I love the whole set up with creators having to apply and that I can easily check out their social media channels. The platform is quite intuitive and just streamlines the whole creator management process which I appreciate. Also special shout out to out to Betty, I love working with her, she replies so quickly and helps me with everything. It is so easy to work with her and just the speed at which she is getting back to me is amazing.

There were a few bugs with the platform but my contact person was also so fast to reply to me and help me with the bugs. One thing that I also dislike is creator related. For our campaigns we usually require that the creators have children which is listed in the brief but we constantly have creators apply who don't have kids.

Prior to Popular Pays, we had to find creators using Instagram, which was very time-consuming, and the negotiating part was tedious. PPs helps streamline this and allow us to move much quicker.

How organized the process is - everything seems to flow nicely. I also feel that the support our team gives us is really great. Any requests to extend the talent pool are handled well. I also feel like the the talent options have been great and we appreciate all the tools that speak to the creators follower demographics.

The only thing I can think of is the level of talent sometimes doesn't feel super "luxe" which is what our client is looking for!

The review/approval and edit request process is a little clunky. You can't undo an approval, which is tough if last minute edits come in. Some creators submit content multiple times, because prompted to, and it makes it confusing.
