Easy to use appointment reminder software

What do you like best about Pomelo Health?

The self-serve software to change up the outgoing message is so easy to use and is very handy to have the ability to have access to. This software is very intuitive.

What do you dislike about Pomelo Health?

Currently not able to add a new provider on my own. Need to email a request to add a name to coordinate with a provider's schedule. Also, would be helpful to be able to use a client's chosen name as noted, as an alternative to their legal name in the reminder messaging.

What problems is Pomelo Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a very easy and intuitive program to use. The main benefit noticed is that I can edit the content of the outgoing reminder messaging to suit the needs of the business.
