The submissions are coming out nice and tidy :) Policy works makes it easy for my marketing department to try to make sense of my commercial subs

What do you like best about Policy Works?

I like that there is a step by step process to fill out your commercial submissions. Once you get the hang of it you are able to bang out a submission and sent it off to marketing pretty quickly.

What do you dislike about Policy Works?

There are too many steps required when it comes to the Power Broker / Policy works integration. I'm unsure of whose side the issue is on. Our training manual for Policy works is very large and the in class training took a few days. Can be time consuming... and steps can be easily missed.

Recommendations to others considering Policy Works?

It's a great product!

What problems is Policy Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to fill out our commercial submissions and send them off to marketing with ease.

Can't wait until more companies sign on to the Instant Quote platform with policy works! Great submission manager

What do you like best about Policy Works?

The instant quote feature is an absolute game changer. Any time I have questions, support is always there

What do you dislike about Policy Works?

It doesn't integrate with Applied Rating Services, making alot of double entry when marketing for automobile quotes

Recommendations to others considering Policy Works?

it offers the capability to make commercial submissions in a manner that every insurer can look at with ease. Previously, we has out own in office submission form which was just a word document. Policy works has additional questions depending on what industry we are seeking quotes for, that our generic submission form just didn't have. Often we would forget to ask key questions and have to go back to the client to gather info multiple times.
