Point Click Care is a highly user-friendly platform, even for staff who are not the most tech savvy. The screens are easy to navigate through to find what you need to ensure care needs are met.

Because the platform is available remotely and isn't a form of software downloaded into physical computers, there tend to be many tech issues that leave the platform unavailable from any location. This can be a HUGE issue when passing medications or performing treatments. We have a backup computer to log the MARS and TARS to be printed when an outage occurs to continue providing care.

Point Click Care replaces the paper chart and allows easier access to documents usually kept only on paper. It helps keep us in compliance with regulations surrounding mediation management and administration.

The search feature does not allow for you to "clear" so you have to log out if you search.
