What do you like best?

POC application and the responsiveness to industry demands.

What do you dislike?

Still have some finer points to work on like therapy documentation.

Easy to start easy to use, very innovative with changes in the industry

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I had Core EHR up and running in no time. Right off the bat, I didn’t have a hard time--at all--in trying to understand its functions. Navigating the dashboard just comes easy. I think I might even say that out of all the EHR programs that I’ve used in my long career as a health caregiver, this one is my favorite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t think I have any suggestions on how CORE EHR can be improved. This tool is already good enough as it is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been using Core to support the diagnosis and treatment of our patients by backing these up with data and their medical history. So far it has been really useful in this endeavor.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There is virtually no learning curve here--one can easily use it without training. I particularly love how it gives a pretty accurate summary of all medical files so that physicians know what they are dealing with just a quick glance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. This is a really impressive ERH solution and I absolutely love it!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this mostly for keeping our medical data organized. It’s been especially useful in charting too.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Retrieving files that summarize the medical history of our patients is now a lot easier with this tool supporting us. We can also see the physician and the nurse in charge of him/her through the notes section. Said section can detail the treatments that the patient has received, making hand-off run more smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do hope that the program can add functionality that can predict a patient’s treatment plan based on the data previously loaded into the system. This will help us work more efficiently. This doesn’t have to be a major overhaul in the system too--even just suggestions on the dosage that should be taken in can be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There’s a set template on how to do our charts, making everything uniform and more understandable. Even third parties can easily look at the chart and understand it without much explanation. As an added bonus, there’s less paper clutter in our admin office now too because everything is now up on the system.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is, by far, the easiest EHR tool to learn. Even a complete beginner can easily navigate it without prior training.

I don’t always see the point of some of the reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to track the schedule of our doctors better. There’s more organization in the workplace now.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love just how user-friendly this tool is. Even a complete beginner can navigate this tool without much of a problem.

I really wish that they would just consolidate all of the apps inside the program, instead of making us access them externally.

We use this program to keep track of all the data that we have on our patients--from their medical information all the way to their financial records.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I would like to note here how much I love the simplicity of this tool’s design. It’s really easy to get to know as well. If you put in the effort, you can be an expert in handling it in just a matter of a few hours. I really like how there are certain roles that can be assigned to each user too so they can focus on a particular task better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can imagine that this program can be quite hefty in size--thus causing our computers to crash whenever we run it. This might be solved with more robust PCs though, so we’ll look into upgrading our devices first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to eliminate the need for paper in our workplace. With everything up on the cloud, there is less clutter and more ease at work. We’ve been able to save more resources through this recent upgrade too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Navigating this tool is just as easy as 1-2-3. It’s really easy to use, to learn, and to implement within your workspace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to have the apps built in with the program itself. Right now, these are still external solutions.

We’ve been able to keep track of all the information we have on our patients.

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to use. It is self-explanatory. It makes organization of medical records easy to view at a glance.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing about it I don't like. It is the best of the EHR programs I have used.
