I like how Plotline provides an in-app guide that helps users understand new features without needing to refer to external help articles. The integration with our backend makes it easy to test features based on the user ID, which is helpful for the QA team. I also appreciate the responsiveness when designing a campaign, as it easily adapts to all screen sizes. The control over campaigns and the analysis chart allow for quick user awareness without requiring significant frontend changes. Additionally, the ease of use and access were significant factors in choosing Plotline over Braze.

The time to get updated is a bit more when we enable a campaign for the user. It takes a bit of time to see the campaign. This is the only thing I feel needs a bit of improvement.

Plotline is really powerful when working with users and it does so effortlessly. The way it can seamlessly integrate with the app and helps target user campaigns as well as to attain customer feedback is quite effective, especially when it's used on a daily level like we do. The team is also open to feedback and does implement them fairly quickly when the issues/suggestions are brought to light.

Less transparency in certain features does impair the experience slightly and a few initial customer support interactions did leave a sour taste but they have improved greatly on that aspect as well.

Helping in user education and redirection to features that we want them to see, as well as driving users to experiments that are being conducted to form a considerable base, if low.

Plotline helps us target the right users and show them an in-app campaign as soon as they do any action, which helps us increase activation and retention metrics.

The platform does require some initial handholding, but once you understand how to use it, it becomes really powerful.
