I love that there are so many cheats that allow you to get where you need to go in the software with just a touch of a key on the keyboard.

I do dislike that there are some things the program does not allow, like permanently deleting certain programs or entries.

There is a learning curve to the program. Once you learn it, it's extremely efficient.

Our SOAP note taking is incredibly efficient. It saves us tons of time for note taking. We also use their billing program so that takes the weight of insurance billing off of the team/doctor.

Very stable — although built on an old platform, it performs extremely well. Has serviced my practice very successfully for over 10 years. The customer service is excellent.

Cannot drag and drop — not a big deal

Wish i could access a patient file from the “z -list” with a mouse

Wish the front desk could send a message to the doctor

Customer service is easy to get ahold of. They are very nice as well.

The system has many flaws. One you can delete payments. The integrated payments (when claims are reprocessed) will post double payments. No clearinghouse, EOB terrible.

Do your homework before purchasing this program.

NOTHING TO LIKE. IT IS A VERY OLD SYSTEM AND YOU HAVE TO DO 10 STEPS TO 1 STEP ON A MORE UPDATED SYSTEM. NOTHING FLOWS WELL WITH PLATINUM EITHER. BECAUSE IT IS VERY OLD OPERATING WITH NO UPDATES IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND SOMETHING THAT YOU LIKE.

I DISLIKE THE PAYMENT POSTING, THE PATIENT NAVIGATING, THE DOS RUNNING PROGRAM DOES NOT ALLOW CORRECTED CLAIMS TO BE SENT. YOU CANNOT GET AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. YOU HAVE TO REPOST EVERYTHING TO GET THAT RECEIPT CAUSING DOUBLE WORK. THE NOTES SECTION IS NOT DESIGNED VERY WELL. IT IS JUST THE WORST SYSTEM I HAVE USED. PLUS IT IS VERY OLD PERFORMING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF SHORE AS WELL.

STAY AWAY. THERE ARE BETTER SYSTEMS TO USE OUT THERE. PLUS THEY MAKE YOU PURCHASE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM SO YOU DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL. YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT.
