There is so much flexibility in how to use the software and it has so many very applicable functions for multiple business types. Customer service has ALWAYS been amazing - help is also readily available. It also has a great app for online booking.

You may have to spend some time at the start to figure out how Planyo works but trust me it's well worth it and once you have got used to it - it becomes like second nature & you will save considerable time in your business operations

Excellent admin management. Wonderful for managing appointments and worth the money based on this alone. You pay more as your business grows. I have found the support to be excellent. Everyone I've talked to has been really knowledgeable and helpful.

I like the flexiblity. I can customize and asjust many functions. The calendar is powerful, with its customized pricing functionality as well as the calendar integration on website and API. I like also that it has a Zapier and other great extensions that helps my business to operate more effectively.

The extensions does not work sometimes, often they have also some technical issues. I have already contacted with support regarding this, and they have solved it, but nevertheless the issues still occurs time by time. Using the booking system can be also confusing as there are many settings. Fortunately, they provide great value of documentation on how to operate the system.
